文章摘要：初中少先队全程全员教育是少先队组织面向全体初中学生开展的贯穿初中教育全过程的教育。其核心理念是坚持“以人为本”的教育观，为每个初中学生全面、协调、可持续发展提供教育和自我教育平台。其基本要素是：教育内容系统化、教育过程自动化、教育形式少年化、教育管理一体化、教育评价科学化。实践证明：初中少先队全程全员教育有利于全面提升初中生素质，有利于强队、强团、强校，有利于中学少先队事业的繁荣振兴。

Abstr：The whole-process and all-members involved education of Young Pioneers is an educational form carried out at junior middle schools. The core idea of the education is to stick to human-based perspectives, providing an educational and self- educational platform for students＇ overall, harmonious and sustainable development. The basic essential elements include systematized contents, automated educational procedures, integrated educational management, scientific evaluation on education and educational forms suitble for teenagers. It is proved that this all-round Young Pioneers education at junior middle school helps not only improve junior students＇ overall quality but also push forward the development of both Young Pioneer team and school on the whole.
