【摘要】：社会的发展需要教育的推动,教育的振兴则需要打造一个政治思想过硬、教学理念先进、业务能力精通的教师队伍。教师是为社会培养人才的主要实施者,他们对社会输出人才以及提高人才质量有着不可替代的作用；建立和健全教师管理制度则是为了能够让教师管理走向合理化、规范化、科学化。将教师管理制度系统化、科学化、规范化,它对于教师管理目标的实现有着重要的意义,为教师的个人发展提供了制度保障。符合教育规律与时代发展的教师管理体制,是现代教育进步的基础和希望。工业革命以后,知识的力量被人们逐渐熟知,教师在培养人才、促进社会进步方面的作用日益凸显,逐渐成为了社会中最重要的角色之一。随着教师角色重要性的不断加强使得教师管理的有效性逐渐成为人们研究的一个课题,许多从事教育事业研究的专家及教育工作的实践管理人员,络绎不绝地写书发文研讨教师的管理,且慢慢形成了一系列有效的观点、理念。近年来鄂尔多斯市东胜区虽然在教师管理方面也取得了一些成绩,但是随着地区经济和教育需求的快速发展,对于教师的要求也达到了前所未有的高度,教师队伍必须实现优质化,而要科学有效的提升教师的自身素质,不仅需要广大教师自己做出努力,它还需要有先进的教师管理机制来规范,用以保障教师素质的优质性、工作的有效性、管理的有序性；还要运用制度去激励教师主动的进行自我管理,实现自身发展和自我价值。本文在鄂尔多斯市东胜区中小学教师管理现状的基础上,分为四部分对东胜区中小学教师管理进行研究：第一部分是引言,分别从理论意义与实践意义去分析了东胜区教师管理研究的必要性。并对教师管理的概念进行了界定,以期获得清晰的研究思路。第二部分是鄂尔多斯市东胜区中小学教师管理的现状,分别从鄂尔多斯市东胜区中小学教师管理的基本情况、鄂尔多斯市东胜区中小学教师管理取得的成绩、鄂尔多斯市东胜区中小学教师管理的存在的问题三个方面去分析了当前鄂尔多斯市东胜区中小学教师管理的现状。第三部分是鄂尔多斯市东胜区中小学教师管理的问题对策,分别从树立以人为本的管理思想,关注教师的专业发展、完善教师的聘任评价制度,做好人力资源的规划、健全教师的工作激励机制,满足教师的合理需求、强化教师管理的目标要求,提高教师的管理效能、加强教师的职业道德建设,提升教师的敬业精神等五个方面提出了解决对策。第四部分是结语,主要是本文的结论和要注意的教育问题,针对本研究遇到的实际困难提出了一些希望和建议。
[Abstract]:The development of society needs the promotion of education, and the revitalization of education needs to create a team of teachers with excellent political thoughts, advanced teaching concepts and proficient business skills. Teachers are the main implementers of training talents for the society. They play an irreplaceable role in social output and improving the quality of talents. The establishment and improvement of teachers' management system is to enable the management of teachers to be rationalized, standardized and scientific. To systematize, scientize and standardize teacher management system is of great significance for the realization of teachers' management goals, and provides system guarantee for teachers' personal development. The system of teacher management in accordance with the law of education and the development of the times is the basis and hope of the progress of modern education. Since the industrial revolution, the power of knowledge has been gradually known. Teachers are playing an increasingly important role in training talents and promoting social progress, and gradually become one of the most important roles in society. With the role of teachers the importance of strengthening the effectiveness of teachers' management has gradually become a research topic for people engaged in education research, many experts and education practice management, streamed books document research of teacher management, and gradually formed a series of effective ideas and concepts. In recent years, Dongsheng city Erdos although in the management of teachers also made some achievements, but with the rapid development of the regional economy and the demand of education, for the requirements of teachers also reached a hitherto unknown height, teachers must achieve quality, and to improve the quality of the teachers, teachers need to make their own efforts not only also, it needs to have the advanced teacher management mechanism to standardize, to ensure the quality of teacher quality, work efficiency, management and orderly; to use the system to encourage teachers actively carry out self management, to achieve their own development and self value. Based on the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers' management in Dongsheng District of Ordos City, this paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, which analyzes the necessity of the research on Teacher Management in Dongsheng District, from the theoretical and practical significance, respectively. The first part is the introduction. From the theoretical and practical significance, it analyzes the necessity of teachers' management in Dongsheng district. And the concept of teacher management is defined in order to get a clear idea of research. The second part is the present situation of teacher management in primary and secondary schools in Dongsheng District Ordos City, from Dongsheng District Erdos city schools District of Dongsheng city Erdos teacher's basic situation, management made management of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Dongsheng District Erdos achievement of primary and secondary schools, three existing problems of teacher management to analyze the current situation of teachers' management in primary and secondary schools Dongsheng District Erdos city. The third part is the Countermeasures of management of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Dongsheng District Erdos City, separately from the human-oriented management thought, pay attention to the teacher's professional development, improve the appointment system of teacher appraisal, do a good job in human resources planning, improve the teachers' incentive mechanism, to meet the reasonable needs of teachers, strengthening teachers' management goal, occupation moral the construction of teachers, strengthen and improve the management efficiency of teachers, five aspects to enhance the professionalism of teachers and countermeasures are put forward. The fourth part is the conclusion, which is mainly the conclusion of this paper and the educational problems to be paid attention to. Some hope and suggestions are put forward in view of the practical difficulties encountered in this study.
