【摘要】:班级是学校中基本的教育单位与管理单位,也是学生在学校生活中最重要的社会组织。班级中的非正式群体是一种普遍的存在,它对学生的发展和班级管理有着重要的影响,班级管理者应对其给予重视。本文主要运用社会学的相关理论分析班级非正式群体对学生个体和班级管理的影响,并提出了一些管理策略,以期能够促进学生个体和班级的和谐发展。全文共分为五章。第一章是绪论部分,第二章是班级非正式群体中的个体成长,第三章是班级非正式群体对班级管理的影响,第四章是班级非正式群体的管理策略,第五章是研究结论与展望。本文首先在第一章绪论部分对对此论题的研究由来作了简要的分析,综合国内外学者从不同角度给出的定义对班级、非正式群体、班级非正式群体的基本概念进行了界定,梳理国内外的研究文献,理清本研究的思路和研究内容,简要介绍本研究拟采用的研究方法和相关理论。第二章、第三章和第四章是文章的核心章节。本文在第二章使用社会测量法调查了班级人际关系现状,区分了三种类型的学生,并利用UCINET软件绘制了班级人际关系网络图;在此基础之上,运用访谈法对中学班级中非正式群体形成的影响因素、群体特征、群体内人际交往状况进行探讨,并对班级非正式群体对学生个体发展的影响进行了分析。本文在第三章运用社会学的相关理论,并结合实际案例,关于班级非正式群体对班级管理的影响作了分析和探讨。本文第四章针对班级非正式群体的管理策略进行研究探讨。结合已有的工作实践和对现有教师的观察与访谈,首先是对现行班级管理模式的反思,然后指出对班级中非正式群体调控中班主任应注意的问题,进而提出了针对班级非正式群体的一些管理策略:全面了解和正确把握班级非正式群体;丰富班级非正式群体的“前台”生活,引领其“后台”生活;改善与班级非正式群体的有效沟通工作。最后,本文对核心章节的观点进行总结,并反思已有的研究,希望未来有机会能够针对班级非正式群体进行更为深入细致的研究,综合多种研究方法,探索不同角度,挖掘出更多规律性的东西,为一线的教育工作者提供更为有利的借鉴,提高其班级管理水平,促进班级学生个体和整个班级的良好发展。
[Abstract]:The class is the basic educational unit and management unit in the school, and it is also the most important social organization of the students in the school life. The informal group in the class is a common existence. It has an important influence on the development of students and class management, and the class managers should pay attention to them. This paper mainly analyzes the influence of class informal groups on students' individual and class management by using sociological theories, and puts forward some management strategies, so as to promote the harmonious development of students' individual and class. The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter is the individual growth in the informal group. The third chapter is the influence of class informal groups on class management. The fourth chapter is the informal group management strategy. The fifth chapter is the research conclusion and prospect. In the first chapter, the introduction of the origin of this topic is a brief analysis of the basic concept of the class, the informal group, informal group in class definition of the comprehensive domestic and foreign scholars from different angles are defining the research literature at home and abroad, to clarify the ideas and content of this research, briefly introduces the research methods this study used and related theories. The second chapter, the third chapter and the fourth chapter are the core chapters of the article. In this paper, the use of social measurement to investigate the current situation of class relationships in the second chapter, the distinction between the three types of students, and draw the class interpersonal relationship network diagram by using UCINET software; on this basis, to explore the influence of informal groups in the middle school classes form factors, group characteristics and group interpersonal status using interviews and, the informal group in class on students' individual development are analyzed. In the third chapter, the influence of the class informal group on the class management is analyzed and discussed with the relevant theories of sociology and the actual cases. In the fourth chapter, the management strategy of the class informal group is studied and discussed. Combined with the working practice of existing and existing teacher observation and interview, first of all is a reflection of the current class management mode, and points out that should pay attention to the informal groups in the regulation of head teacher problems, and puts forward some management strategies for informal groups: to fully understand and correctly grasp the informal group in class; the rich class of informal groups the "front" of life, leading the "background" of life; effective communication and improve the work of the informal group in class. At last, this paper views on core chapters are summarized, and the reflection of the future have the opportunity to study, hope for informal groups for more in-depth and meticulous research, various research methods, exploring different angles, to dig out more regularities, for educators to provide more favorable reference to improve. The class management level, promote the sound development of individual students and the whole class class.
