【摘要】: 班级授课制是传统的教学组织形式之一,但它难以解决学生中存在的较大的差异问题,并成为英语教学的难点之一。实际工作中作为英语教师会不断尝试用更好的方式来改善班级教学模式下存在的学生差异问题。 作者通过分析所在中学英语教学现状,研究国内外语英语教学的改革实践,决定在本校英语课堂教学中进行分层教学的实验研究。 分层教学符合唯物主义辨证理论,符合教育学理论,符合学生的学习心理,也符合教学论中的因材施教等原则,有着广泛的理论基础。 本研究以上海市霍山学校八年级1班的全体学生为研究对象,八年级2班为对照班,实验期限为一学年。在实验前和实验后作者分别对两个班的学生的英语学习进行了测试,即前测与后测。与此同时,为了调查学生实验前后的英语学习状况,实验前后分别对这两个班同学进行了问卷调查。 通过实践,分层教学研究在学生英语学习兴趣和考试成绩方面较传统教学有很大的优势。 在承认学生有差异的前提下,对同一班级的学生实施分层教学。有利于教师素质的提高,有利于发挥学生的主体作用,也有利于培养学生良好的学习习惯。 整篇文章由四部分组成。第一部分包括英语分层教学提出的背景、研究的目的和意义、研究的内容以及概念的界定。第二部分包括英语分层教学的理论基础以及国内外的研究现状。第三部分描述初中英语分层教学研究的实施过程。第四部分包括英语分层的教学实施结果分析的同时阐述了英语分层教学中的不足之处以供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Class teaching system is one of the traditional teaching organization forms , but it is difficult to solve the big difference problem existing in the students and become one of the difficulties in English teaching . As an English teacher in practice , it will try to improve the students ' differences in the class teaching mode in a better way . Based on the analysis of the current situation of English teaching in middle school , the author studies the reform practice of domestic foreign language teaching English teaching , and decides to carry out the experiment research of hierarchical teaching in English classroom teaching in our school . The layered teaching conforms to the dialectical theory of materialism , conforms to the theory of pedagogy , accords with the students ' learning psychology , and also accords with the principles of teaching theory , and has a broad theoretical basis . In order to investigate the English learning situation before and after the students ' experiment , two classes of students were investigated before and after the experiment . Through practice , the layered teaching research has a great advantage in the students ' interest in English learning and the test scores . In order to improve the quality of teachers , it is beneficial to play the main role of students and to cultivate students ' good learning habits . The whole article consists of four parts . The first part includes the background of English layered teaching , the purpose and significance of the research , the content of the research and the definition of the concept . The second part includes the theoretical foundation of the English layered teaching and the research situation at home and abroad . The third part describes the implementation process of the layered teaching research in junior middle school English . The fourth part includes the analysis of the teaching implementation results of the English layered teaching , and expounds the shortcomings of the English layered teaching for reference .
