【摘要】：从设立班主任工作岗位以来,班主任一直就是学校工作的重要组成部分,是学校德育工作主力军,班主任的工作质量将对学生的未来成长起到重要的影响。走上知识经济的新时代,社会对高素质人才的需求会更加激烈,这就对班主任在一线工作中推行素质教育有了更高的要求。尤其是新时期的高中学生正处于青春骚动时代,班主任的管理工作更显重要,这对高中阶段班主任教师的思想道德素质提出了一个更高的要求。本论文以问卷调查法为主要的研究方法,在对文献进行研究的基础上,以实际调研活动的结果为依据,从接受教育的目标的改变到班主任本身的心理状态变化,分析了现在班主任培训中存在的问题,同时借鉴相关理论研究,提出了有利于提高班主任培训的有效对策和合理化建议,以班主任需求为出发点,确定培训内容;以内容为载体,构建多样的培训方式。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the work has been an important part of teacher of school work, is the school moral education work force, the quality of the teacher in charge of the work for the future growth of the students will play an important influence. Go on new era of knowledge economy, the social demand for talent will be more intense, the implementation of the quality of Teacher Education in the line of work have higher requirements. Especially in the new period of senior high school students are in youth disturbance era, class management is more important, put forward a higher request to the teachers in senior high school ideological and moral qualities. This thesis takes the questionnaire as the main research methods. Based on the study of literature, the actual research activities based on the results from the education goal to change the psychology of teachers themselves, are discussed. In order to improve the training of teachers in charge of classes, we should draw lessons from relevant theories and put forward effective countermeasures and rationalization proposals to improve the training of head teachers. We should take class teachers' needs as the starting point, determine training contents, and build diverse training methods based on content.
