【摘要】:班级自产生以来,就担负着极其重要的职责。班级作为学校的基本构成单位,不仅是教学的基本组织形式,而且是学生学习生活的主要场所,对学生的健康成长、全面发展具有极其重要的作用。如何对班级进行科学有效地管理,发挥班级应有的作用,最大化地促进学生健康、和谐、全面地发展是全社会,尤其是我们教育工作者非常关心的一个课题。于是,在班级管理实践中,人们采取了许许多多的形式,当然其产生的效果也不尽相同。当前,许多学校采取的常见的也是比较流行的班级管理模式是对班级实行量化管理。不可否认,班级量化管理以其目标的具体细致性、过程的易操作性、结果的可衡量性和标准的统一性等特点,在提高学生成绩、促进学生成长,尤其是完善学校管理等方面起着及其重要的作用。然而班级量化管理也存在着过度泛滥的倾向,其存在的管理目的异化、管理主体地位边缘化、管理对象物化、管理过程简单化、管理形式极端化、管理效果弱化等问题,对学生的健康成长和全面发展造成了不良的影响。 绪论部分主要阐述问题提出的缘由,并从多个方面简要表述了目前对班级量化管理的研究现状。 第一部分主要阐述了班级量化管理的产生及其功能。首先,笔者从班级量化管理的理论基础和产生的时代背景两方面阐述班级量化管理如何产生;之后,重点论述了班级量化管理的功能。 第二部分为班级量化管理存在的问题及原因分析。当前我国多数学校实行的班级量化管理中,主要存在着以下问题:如管理目的异化、管理主体地位边缘化、管理对象物化、管理过程简单化、管理形式极端化、管理效果弱化。究其原因,主要归结为:思想观念仍落后,管理教师个人素质还不高,管理制度不健全,教育、教学设施不完善。 第三部分为完善班级量化管理的策略。从以下几方面解决这一问题:坚持以人为本的理念,,为班级量化管理扫清思想障碍;提供民主、法制保障,让班级量化管理在民主氛围中依法实施;提高管理者素质,为班级量化管理提供人力保证;改善办学条件,为班级量化管理的实施提供物质保障。
[Abstract]:The class since it plays a very important role. The class as the basic unit of the school, not only is the basic organizational form of teaching, and is the main place where students study and life, for the healthy growth of students, comprehensive development plays an important role. How to scientifically and effectively manage the class, play a role a class should have, to maximize the promotion of students' health, harmony, is the comprehensive development of the whole society, especially a topic we educators are very concerned about. So, in the class management practice, people take many forms, but the effect is not the same. At present, is also popular the common mode of class management in many schools is taken to implement quantitative management of classes. It is undeniable that quantitative class management with its target specific and detailed process, Yi Cao, results. To measure the characteristics of the standard and unity, to improve student achievement, promote the growth of students, especially the improvement of school management, and play an important role. However, quantitative class management has some tendency of excessive management, objective alienation of its existence, management main body status marginalized, management object. A simple management process, the management form of extreme, management problems such as weakening the adverse impact on the healthy growth and all-round development of students.
The introduction part mainly expounds the reasons for the problem, and briefly describes the current research status of the class quantitative management from many aspects.
The first part mainly expounds the emergence and function of class quantitative management. First, the author expounds how the quantitative management is generated from two aspects: the theoretical basis of class quantitative management and the background of the times. After that, the function of class quantitative management is discussed.
The second part is the analysis of problems and reasons of quantitative class management. Quantitative class management current most schools in our country, mainly has the following problems: such as management objective alienation, management main body status marginalized, management object, simple management process, the management form of extreme, weakening the management effect. The reason, mainly attributed to: the concept is still backward, management of teachers' personal quality is not high, the management system is not perfect, the education and teaching facilities is not perfect.
The third part is to improve the quantitative class management strategies. To solve this problem from the following aspects: adhere to the people-oriented concept, to clear the quantitative management class ideological barriers; democracy, legal protection, make quantitative class management according to law in a democratic atmosphere; improve the management quality, to provide manpower to ensure quantitative class management; improvement school conditions, provide material guarantee for the implementation of quantitative management class.
