语文教师写作教学素养研究

【摘要】:在我国的语文教学中,作文一直是教学的重点和难点,尽管教师增多了对作文教学的精力投入,但教学成效仍旧不太明显,究其根本,教师写作素养不足是作文教学难见成效的原因之一。本文以云南省普洱市思茅区的语文教师为例进行调查研究,发现语文教师写作素养缺失严重,写作理论、写作能力、写作兴趣、批改学生作文能力等多方面的能力都相对欠缺。语文教师写作素养制约着作文教学成效的大小,要提高作文教学效率,可以从提高教师写作素养出发。写作理论素养、写作教学素养、评改作文素养、写作情感素养是语文教师写作素养的主要组成因素。理论是基础,教学是关键,情感是动力,评改是桥梁。教育改革提高了作文教学的地位,使得语文教师写作素养的提高迫在眉睫。本论文通过调查研究,提出教师可以从实际出发,通过读书、写作、探究、批改学生作文等多种方式来提高写作素养。
[Abstract]:In Chinese teaching in our country, composition has always been the focus and difficulty of teaching. Although teachers have increased their energy in composition teaching, the teaching effect is still not obvious, which is the root of it. The lack of writing literacy of teachers is one of the reasons for the difficulty of composition teaching. This paper takes the Chinese teachers in Simao District of Yunnan Province as an example to investigate and study, and find that the writing literacy of Chinese teachers is seriously lacking and writing theory is serious. Writing ability, writing interest, correcting students' writing ability and so on are relatively lacking. Chinese teachers' writing literacy restricts the size of composition teaching effectiveness, so it is necessary to improve the efficiency of composition teaching. Writing theory literacy, writing teaching literacy, writing literacy, writing emotional literacy are the main elements of Chinese teachers writing literacy, theory is the basis, teaching is the key. Emotion is the motive force and evaluation is the bridge. The educational reform has improved the status of composition teaching, which makes the improvement of Chinese teachers' writing literacy urgent. This paper, through investigation and research, puts forward that teachers can proceed from the reality. Through reading, writing, exploring, correcting students composition and other ways to improve writing literacy.
