大连市高中地理新课程教学方式变革现状调查研究

【摘要】：新一轮课程改革在辽宁省已实施了8年的时间,教师教学方式的变革成为了此轮改革中教师和学者们所关注的重中之重。本文通过对大连市5所高中的30位教师(含4位实习教师)进行了新课程改革之后课堂教学方式现状的调查。此次调查以问卷调查形式为主,辅以访谈和随堂听课。旨在从三个方面进行调查研究:大连市高中地理新课程教学方式现状;制约教学方式变革的因素分析以及针对教学方式变革中所遇到的问题和困难提出几点建议。调查结果显示,目前大连市高中地理教师已接受了新课程的各种理念,并注意在实际教学中的实施,贯彻落实以人为本的教育思想,将课堂交还给学生。教师能够倡导学生积极主动探究合作学习,适当运用多媒体和地理教室等现代化手段进行教学,尽量避免对学生进行知识灌输和题海战术。但不可否认教学方式变革在实际运行中仍存在许多制约因素,例如一些资深教师不适应新型教学方式,教师工作负荷较变革前明显增加,初高中教学方式缺乏连贯性,学生对地理学科认知有偏颇,教学评价方式单一等等。针对种种制约因素,教育局及各级主管部门应加强对教师队伍的培训,继续转变教师思想,提高教师综合素质,加强初高中教学方式的衔接,学校和教师应主动寻求各种教育资源,保障教学设施的供应,共同探索出能够全面评价学生综合素质的评价制度。本文对大连市新课程教学变革的深入进行具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值,并给处于地理教学一线的教师和即将步入地理教师行业的人们提供指导。
[Abstract]:A new round of curriculum reform has been implemented in Liaoning Province for 8 years. The reform of teachers' teaching methods has become the most important concern of teachers and scholars in this round of reform. This paper deals with 30 teachers (including 4 intern teachers) in 5 senior high schools in Dalian. After the new curriculum reform, the current situation of classroom teaching methods is investigated. The survey is mainly in the form of questionnaire. The purpose of this study is to investigate and study from three aspects: the present situation of the new geography teaching methods in senior high schools in Dalian; This paper analyzes the factors restricting the reform of teaching methods and puts forward some suggestions on the problems and difficulties encountered in the reform of teaching methods. At present, senior high school geography teachers in Dalian have accepted various ideas of the new curriculum, and pay attention to the implementation of the actual teaching, carry out the people-oriented education thought. Teachers can advocate students to actively explore cooperative learning, appropriate use of multimedia and geography classroom and other modern means for teaching. Try to avoid inculcating knowledge and inscribing tactics to students, but it is undeniable that there are still many restrictive factors in the actual operation of the reform of teaching methods, such as some senior teachers do not adapt to the new teaching methods. The workload of teachers is obviously increased, the teaching methods of junior high school are lack of coherence, the students' cognition of geography is biased, the teaching evaluation method is single, and so on. The Bureau of Education and the competent departments at all levels should strengthen the training of teachers, continue to change teachers' ideas, improve teachers' comprehensive quality, and strengthen the convergence of teaching methods in middle and high schools. Schools and teachers should actively seek all kinds of educational resources. To ensure the supply of teaching facilities and explore a comprehensive evaluation of students' comprehensive quality evaluation system. This paper has a certain reference significance and reference value for the further reform of the new curriculum teaching in Dalian. It also provides guidance to teachers in geography teaching line and people about to step into geography teaching profession.
