【摘要】:2004年,普通高中生物教材中增设的模拟实验是生物学科新课程改革的一大亮点。本研究旨在突破中学阶段生物真实实验教学的局限性,顺应《普通高中生物课程标准》课程理念的要求,更好的发挥模拟实验在生物试验教学中的作用。以贵阳市所属普通高中学生、生物教师为主要研究对象,通过问卷调查和半结构访谈,在了解贵阳市普通高中生物模拟实验教学情况的基础之上,以人教版高中生物教材为素材,借助实物材料和计算机技术,开发生物模拟实验,采用实验研究的方法探讨开发内容在实际教学中的有效性。通过调查贵阳市所属七所普通高中学校高一、高二学生和生物教师,发现学生希望教师以实物模拟为主,计算机模拟为辅的方式进行生物模拟实验教学;在生物教学中,基于教师对生物模拟实验教学理论的了解不够深入等困难,开展存在一定问题。在此基础上,以贵州省实验中学高二学生为研究对象实施高中生物模拟实验教学实践研究,研究表明生物模拟实验开发内容可以在提高学生生物成绩的同时培养学生学习生物兴趣。有鉴于此,教育部门可完善对生物模拟实验在中学生物实验教学理论,建立生物模拟实验教学资源库,开展生物模拟实验示范性课程教学。
[Abstract]:In 2004, a new simulation experiment was added in the biology teaching materials of senior high school. This study aims to break through the limitations of biology real experiment teaching in middle school. In accordance with the requirements of the curriculum concept of ordinary senior high school biology curriculum standard, the role of simulation experiment in biology experiment teaching should be better brought into play. The main research object is the students and biology teachers of Guiyang city who belong to ordinary senior high school. Through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, on the basis of understanding Guiyang ordinary senior high school biology simulation experiment teaching situation, take the human education edition high school biology teaching material as the material, with the aid of the physical material and the computer technology. To explore the effectiveness of the development of the content in the actual teaching through the development of biological simulation experiments. Through the investigation of seven ordinary senior high schools in Guiyang, students and biology teachers in the first, second year of senior high school. It is found that the students hope that the teachers should take the physical simulation as the main method and the computer simulation as the auxiliary way to carry on the biological simulation experiment teaching; In biology teaching, there are some problems on the basis of teachers' understanding of the theory of biological simulation experiment teaching. Taking the second year high school students of Guizhou experimental middle school as the research object, the experiment teaching practice of biological simulation in senior high school is carried out. The research shows that the content of biological simulation experiment development can improve students' biological achievement and cultivate students' interest in learning biology. In view of this, the education department can perfect the theory of biological simulation experiment teaching in middle school. Set up the biological simulation experiment teaching resource bank, carry out the biological simulation experiment demonstration course teaching.
