焦作市高级中学体育教学现状及对策研究

【摘要】：学校体育越来越受国家、社会所关注,高级中学的体育教学工作,又是一个承上启下的环节。做为教育工作者,如何去贯彻国家的指导方针、如何去安排教学计划、如何去和学生交流互动、又如何能很好的去执行体育教学改革,这些问题需要我们教育工作者去思考、去解决。对于此情况,中共中央制定了一系列的相关政策,希望实实在在的帮助和解决中学生的身体素质,切实地保证他们的健康发展。在2014年10月21日,国务院印发了《关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》文件。[1]充分的说明了,体育及体育产业已经被提到国家战略层面。在这样的大背景下,希望焦作市相关部门能够积极贯彻中央政策,正确引导群众和学校的体育观念。基于对焦作市的人文、教育等了解,也希望能为焦作市高级中学体育教学做出一点贡献,故选择焦作市高级中学体育教学现状改革为研究方向。为了更加准确的了解焦作市各高级中学的体育教学现状,对我市所有高级中学采用随机的方法,选取了焦作市第一中学,武陟县第一中学等15所高级中学进行了调查,其中教师137名、学生600名。后文也对此次相关的调查结果进行了分析总结,详细的阐述了焦作地区高级中学体育教学情况,出现的问题和不足,也给出了自己的观点和建议,希望能够从根本上改变此现状。本文主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,详细的了解焦作市高级中学的各个方面的情况,比如:体育师资、教学环境、场地设施、体育经费、学生对体育的态度、学生喜欢的体育项目等进行了深入调查和研究,具体的研究结果包括以下几个方面:1、在目前的大环境下,忽视了学校体育的核心功能。主要是因为社会对“唯分数论”的推崇,受学校和家庭过度关注文化课的影响,而对学生的综合素质比较忽视,因此学校的体育教学受到了很大的发展障碍。2、焦作市多数学校存在体育思想滞后的现象,国家推广的一些新颖的教学方式方法不敢用、不会用、不想用,以至于部分学校的教学活动中使用过旧的教学方式与手段,使得体育教学变得很枯燥,导致学生失去了上体育课的兴趣和参加业余体育活动的动力。3、焦作市高级中学教师传授的教学内容与教学目标的不明确,学校领导、体育教师、也甚至一些学生家长只注重竞技体育的结果,鼓励学生参加各种级别的运动会,以此来为升学做准备,这与学校体育的核心价值观不符。4、焦作市高级中学的体育教学环境相对较好,但体育场地设施有所不足,普通高级中学的体育经费严重不足,希望相关部门在政策制定给与一定的倾向,教师工作环境的改善也迫在眉睫。5、焦作市高级中学通过多年的努力,男女体育教师的配备比例虽有所改善,但与国家标准还有一定的差距,普通高级中学的情况比较严重。无论是重点还是普通高中里的年龄梯度比较合理,而体育教师的学历有待提高,教师的科研观念与科研意识不强,部分教师发表论文只是为了评比职称而用,体育教师参加专业进修和培训人数比例较少,工资待遇不理想,职称评比机会较少。6、焦作市高级中学普遍重视体育特长生的选拔和训练,因为这部分同学可以提升本校的升学率,对普通同学的体育教学工作有懈怠现象。7、焦作市高级中学中高三年级体育专业课少且经常被学校安排成文化课,这和体育教师的教学内容单一,而喜欢的运动却没有得到开展,还有一些体育教师主动把体育课本让给其他的文化课教师,这些都直接影响了学生对体育科目的喜爱程度。教学过程中课堂教学组织还算不错,只是部分学生对体育课的最终考试成绩过分看重,而忽视了学习体育过程中的乐趣,教师应当给与正确引导。8、开展自主选课的过程中,会出现体育教师工作时间的变化、如何去教授一些新的体育项目、如何保持学生对自主选课的热情度等一系列改革与发展。

In order to more accurately understand the current situation of physical education in Jiaozuo the senior middle school, the random method is applied to all our senior high school, the first secondary school in Jiaozuo City, the 15 high school the first middle school of Wuzhi county were investigated, including 137 teachers, 600 students. The investigation on the related results are analyzed and summarized, described in detail Jiaozuo area high school sports teaching situation, the problems and shortcomings, have given their views and suggestions, hoping to change the situation fundamentally.
