EEPO有效教育在初中化学教学中的应用研究

【摘要】：新课改的实施,给传统的化学课堂提出了新的挑战。传统的化学课堂,依然存在着备课偏离课程标准的要求、上课脱离学生实际、学生学习方式落后、教学效果差等问题。如何提高课堂有效性、有序性,成为了广大教育工作者共同思考的问题。探索如何在具体学科中开展有效教学的过程中,老师们找寻到了一个可以解决此类难题的教学方式——“EEPO”。EEPO有效教育是一个集“学习方式——课型方式——评价方式”三位于一体的教育教学方法。它以“有效教育是通过组织和参与来实现的(也即教育要讲效率,过程要讲优化)”为核心理念。EEPO有效教育将东方最擅长的知识性与西方最擅长的个性、主动性、能动性结合起来,并让它大众化。因而它得到了广大教育工作者的认可,继而在各个学科的教学中得到广泛应用。本文运用行动研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,在麓山国际实验学校进行EEPO有效教育的教学研究,并编制《中学生学习方式的调查问卷》,分两次对研究对象从“化学学习动机与欲望、自主性、探究性、合作性”四个维度进行学习方式的调查。同时,作者结合对照班和实验班六次月考化学成绩的对比,分析开展EEPO有效教育的效果。研究结果显示,EEPO有效教育对学生的学习方式有很大的促进作用,它不仅改变了学生的学习方式,促进了教师角色的转变,而且使得课堂更有序、高效,学生参与度更高。本文呈现了学习方式培训的方法,并展示了九年级化学在宏观物质、微观物质、实验教学三个板块利用EEPO开展教学的实例(以原始的教学设计、教学反思、教学评价进行呈现),希望给后续的研究者一些启示和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the new curriculum reform has put forward new challenges to the traditional chemistry classroom. How to improve the effectiveness and order of classroom has become a common problem for educators to explore how to carry out effective teaching in specific subjects. This paper uses the method of action research, questionnaire survey, interviews and other research methods. In Lushan International Experimental School, the teaching research of EEPO effective education was carried out, and the questionnaire on the Learning style of Middle School students was compiled. The subjects were divided into two groups: "Chemistry learning motivation and desire, autonomy". At the same time, the author combined with the control class and the experimental class to compare the chemical scores six times. This paper analyzes the effect of effective education of EEPO. The results show that the effective education of EEPO plays a significant role in promoting students' learning style, and it not only changes the learning style of students. Promote the transformation of teachers' roles, and make the classroom more orderly, efficient, student participation higher. This paper presents the learning methods of training methods, and shows the ninth grade chemistry in macro matter, micro matter. The three blocks of experimental teaching make use of EEPO to carry out teaching examples (the original teaching design, teaching reflection and teaching evaluation are presented, hoping to give some enlightenment and reference to the follow-up researchers.
