中学生身体活动环境评价指标体系研究

【摘要】:目的:(1)系统分析影响中学生身体活动行为的环境要素;(2)构建中学生身体活动环境评价指标体系和权重体系;(3)研制中学生自我感知身体活动环境评价量表;方法:(1)文献分析法:检索身体活动促进相关政策文件,查阅与中学生身体活动环境相关的中外文献,阅读环境行为学、环境心理学、社会心理学等相关书籍。(2)德尔菲法:基于对参与调查的各位专家进行两轮问卷咨询,充分的征集其对中学生身体活动环境评价指标的意见和建议。(3)层次分析法:根据中学生身体活动环境评价各项指标及其相互之间的逻辑关系,运用yaahp软件构造结构化层次模型。基于模型构造各层次内部指标的“两两比较矩阵”。向专家发放层次分析法调查问卷,比较各层次内部指标的相对重要性。(4)问卷调查法:根据构建的中学生身体活动环境指标体系,设计开发了中学生身体活动环境自评量表,运用徐州市的两所中学学生调查数据对量表进行了信效度验证。结果:(1)构建了中学生身体活动环境评价指标体系,并确定了各级指标权重系数。包括4个一级指标和17个二级指标。4个一级指标分别为“学校环境”、“家庭环境”、“社区环境”、“个人环境”,权重分别为42.14%、16.67%、5.17%、36.02%。二级指标中“体育教师素质”、“身体活动认知”、“自我效能”排前三位。(2)根据指标体系研制出中学生身体活动环境自评量表。量表总的克伦巴赫α信度系数为0.901,四个既定层面的克伦巴赫a信度系数分别为0.783,0.795,0.671,0.799,显示量表各维度与总的信度较好。问卷表面效度较好,主成分分析结果显示,6个主因子解释了62.16%的方差。结论:本研究在理论分析的基础上,确立了中学生身体活动环境评价指标体系和权重体系。一级指标“学校环境”权重值第一位,反映了中学生身体活动促进工作的核心。二级指标“体育教师素质”、“身体活动认知”、“自我效能”排前三位,分别属于“学校环境”和“个人环境”范畴,反映了中学生身体活动促进工作中优化体育教师结构,提高体育教师素质的重要性。中学生身体活动促进工作应结合学生自身的特点,提高学生的自我效能,同时在加强身体活动经验的基础上强化个体身体活动的认知。中学生身体活动环境自评量表的研制为评价、诊断中学生个体、学校、家庭和社区环境提供了有效的工具。
[Abstract]:Objective: to systematically analyze the environmental factors that affect the physical activity of middle school students. 2) constructing the evaluation index system and weight system of middle school students' physical activity environment; 3) to develop the self-perceived physical activity environment evaluation scale for middle school students; Methods: literature analysis method: retrieval of relevant policy documents on promoting physical activity, consulting Chinese and foreign literature related to the physical activity environment of middle school students, reading about environmental behavior and environmental psychology. Social Psychology and other related books. 2) Delphi method: based on the experts involved in the survey conducted two rounds of questionnaire consultation. Fully soliciting its views and suggestions on the evaluation index of middle school students' physical activity environment. (3) Analytic hierarchy process (AHP): according to the evaluation indexes of middle school students' physical activity environment and the logical relationship between them. The structured hierarchical model is constructed by using yaahp software. Based on the model, the "pairwise comparison matrix" of the internal indexes at each level is constructed, and the AHP questionnaire is distributed to the experts. Comparing the relative importance of internal indexes at different levels. 4) questionnaire method: according to the index system of middle school students' physical activity environment, we designed and developed the Self-Rating scale of Middle School students' physical activity Environment. The reliability and validity of the scale were verified by using the survey data of two middle schools in Xuzhou. Results the evaluation index system of middle school students' physical activity environment was constructed. The weight coefficient of indicators at all levels is determined, including 4 primary indicators and 17 secondary indicators. 4 primary indicators are respectively "school environment", "family environment", "community environment" and "personal environment". The weights were 42.14 and 16.67, respectively. The "physical education teacher's quality" and "physical activity cognition" were included in the second grade index. According to the index system, the self-rating scale of middle school students' physical activity environment was developed. The total reliability coefficient of Krenbach 伪 was 0.901. The reliability coefficient of Krenbach a was 0.7830.7950.671and 0.799respectively, which showed that the dimensions and the total reliability of the scale were better and the questionnaire had better surface validity. The results of principal component analysis showed that six principal factors explained the variance of 62.16%. Conclusion: this study is based on theoretical analysis. Established the middle school student body activity environment appraisal index system and the weight system. The first index "school environment" weight value first. It reflects the core of the promotion of middle school students' physical activity. The second level index "physical education teacher's quality", "body activity cognition" and "self-efficacy" rank the top three. It belongs to the category of "school environment" and "personal environment" respectively, which reflects the optimization of the structure of physical education teachers in the promotion of physical activity of middle school students. It is important to improve the quality of physical education teachers. The promotion of physical activity of middle school students should be combined with the characteristics of students to improve their self-efficacy. At the same time, on the basis of strengthening the experience of physical activity, we should strengthen the cognition of individual physical activity. The development of Self-Rating scale of Middle School students' physical activity Environment was used to evaluate and diagnose the students' individual and school. Family and community environments provide effective tools.
