民国时期中小学职业指导课程的实施

【摘要】：民国时期中小学职业指导是当时社会职业指导运动的重要组成部分,其课程实施针对各级段学生的身心发展特点和经济社会发展要求,通过教学课程、训育课程和补习课程三个途径,以挖掘常规课程的职业指导价值,增设职业指导必修课和选修课,补充职业指导的参观、体验和调查活动,联络社会职业指导机构和各界资源为重点,体现出职业指导的重要地位、深受当时主导教育理念影响、发挥多种课程的育人价值、构建多元合作网络体系及注重专业性、科学性和实效性等特点。分析民国时期中小学职业指导的课程形态及实施途径,对当前中小学学生发展指导、职业渗透和生涯教育具有启示和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Vocational guidance of primary and secondary schools was an important part of the social vocational guidance movement in the period of the Republic of China. Its curriculum was implemented according to the characteristics of physical and mental development of students at all levels and the requirements of economic and social development through the teaching curriculum. In order to excavate the vocational guidance value of conventional courses, to add vocational guidance compulsory courses and elective courses, and to supplement the visit, experience and investigation activities of vocational guidance courses and remedial courses. Contact with social vocational guidance institutions and resources as the focus, reflects the important status of vocational guidance, deeply influenced by the dominant educational ideas at that time, play to the educational value of a variety of courses. To construct multi-cooperative network system and pay attention to professional, scientific and effective characteristics. Analyze the curriculum form and implementation of vocational guidance in the Republic of China, to guide the development of primary and secondary school students. Career penetration and career education have enlightenment and reference significance.
