基于高中生物教师专业发展的“同课异构”的案例研究

【摘要】:作为一种教学教研比较方法,同课异构活动在实践教学情境中,以日常教学问题为切入点,以实际案例为依托,汇集丰富的教育资源,探索教师专业发展的新渠道。同时,同课异构活动搭建了校际之间教学研究的桥梁,汇集更多的优秀教师,加之同伴互助和专家的引领,完善了同课异构活动的开展。同课异构为广大教师提供了学习的机会和场所,使得优质的教育资源惠及更多的老师。不同学校的教师通过同课异构活动建立联系,为教师的教学拓展了思路;教学方法的不断优化和完善使得教学研究不断深入,推动了教师专业发展。本研究在阐述教师专业发展的相关理论的基础上,笔者通过参与到同课异构活动中,对教学案例进行分析和比较,并结合优秀教师以及专家的点评和建议,对教学案例进行全面的认识和解读。通过问卷和访谈,从一线教师以及专家的交流中获得关于同课异构活动更多真实而详细的内容,丰富了对同课异构活动的研究。调查研究发现,通过同课异构活动,拓展了教师之间有效合作的路径,充分挖掘教材资源,集思广益,在优秀一线教师以及专家深入细致的解读课例之后,教师学会从不同的视角去审视一堂课,去设计和上好一堂课。参与教师能够不断的汲取新的教学灵感,拓宽教学思路,不断促进教师自我专业的完善和发展,并积累丰富优质的教学素材。研究中发现,许多教师只是作为一个学习者去参与活动,并未作为同课异构活动的上课教师,教师在参与过程中也常会出现对课题资源内化不够的情况,学校相关领导应当更加重视活动的开展,给教师提供学习交流的机会,鼓励教师参与活动,在共同研讨交流学习的过程中不断促进教师的专业发展。
[Abstract]:As a comparative method of teaching and research, the heterogeneous activities of the same class in the practical teaching situation, with the daily teaching problems as the starting point, relying on the actual cases, collect rich educational resources. At the same time, the isomerism activities of the same class have built the bridge of teaching research between schools, bringing together more excellent teachers, together with peer mutual help and the guidance of experts. The teachers of different schools establish the connection through the activities of the isomerism of the same class, and expand the thinking for the teachers' teaching. On the basis of explaining the relevant theories of teachers' professional development, the author participates in the heterogeneous activities of the same class. Through the analysis and comparison of teaching cases, and combining with the comments and suggestions of excellent teachers and experts, the author makes a comprehensive understanding and interpretation of the teaching cases through questionnaires and interviews. From the exchange of teachers and experts to get more real and detailed content about isomerism activities in the same class, enrich the research on isomerism activities in the same class. Expand the path of effective cooperation between teachers, fully tap the teaching material resources, brainstorming, in the excellent front-line teachers and experts in-depth and meticulous interpretation of class cases, teachers learn to examine a lesson from different perspectives. To design and give a lesson. Teachers can constantly absorb new teaching inspiration, broaden teaching ideas, and constantly promote teachers' self-professional improvement and development. And accumulate rich and high-quality teaching materials. The study found that many teachers only as a learner to participate in the activities, not as the same class heterogeneous activities of the class teachers. Teachers in the process of participation also often appear insufficient internalization of the subject resources, school leaders should pay more attention to the development of activities, to provide teachers with opportunities to learn to exchange, encourage teachers to participate in activities.
