社团活动的三种形态及其对学生发展的影响

【摘要】:学生社团本原性的特征是活动性,但从学生发展的角度看,目前的学生社团活动有"无活动"、"假活动"和"真活动"三种形态。"无活动"形态与学生社团的本质相背离,社团活动处于缺失状态;"假活动"形态漠视学生在社团活动中的主体性地位,束缚了学生的主动性与创造性;"真活动"形态是社团活动的价值追求,体现了社团自由与实践的本质。学生社团活动要尽力规避"无活动"与"假活动",追求并实现"真活动",使学生在自由、实践、反思与行动等体验中获得最大化的发展。
[Abstract]:The nature of student community is characterized by activity, but from the point of view of student development, there are three forms of student community activity: "no activity", "false activity" and "real activity". The "inactive" form deviates from the essence of student association. The form of "false activity" ignores the subjective position of students in the activities of the association, which restrains students' initiative and creativity, and the form of "real activities" is the value pursuit of the community activities. It embodies the essence of community freedom and practice. Students' community activities should try their best to avoid "inactive activities" and "false activities", pursue and realize "real activities", so as to maximize the development of students' experiences of freedom, practice, reflection and action.
