国外中小学灾害教育的理念、实施及启示

【摘要】：我国是世界上自然灾害最严重的少数国家之一,每年各种自然灾害造成的损失巨大,但我国自然灾害预防和应对突发性灾害的体制不完善,尤其是灾害教育严重滞后。本文主要从学校灾害教育的角度,对世界范围内灾害教育的文化理念以及一些国家的实施从目标、内容和方法层面作了一定的分析梳理,并提出了"融合"为可借鉴的主要思想,以期对当前的中国学校灾害教育的落实起到一定的促进作用。
[Abstract]:China is one of the few countries with the most serious natural disasters in the world. The losses caused by various kinds of natural disasters are enormous every year, but the system of preventing and responding to sudden disasters is not perfect in our country. Especially, the disaster education is seriously lagging behind. This paper, from the perspective of school disaster education, analyzes the cultural concept of disaster education in the world and the implementation of some countries in terms of objectives, contents and methods. It also puts forward the main idea of "fusion", which can be used for reference, in order to promote the implementation of the current school disaster education in China.
