芬兰中小学KiVa反欺凌项目述评

【摘要】：KiVa是芬兰的一个全国性反欺凌项目,目的在于预防欺凌行为的发生和处理已确认的欺凌案件,主要由"普遍行为"和"指示性的行为"两部分构成,实施反欺凌课程、专业干预以及反欺凌培训,加强受害者—欺凌者的心理调整。KiVa项目有效降低了欺凌事件和受害者的数量,体现了芬兰中小学体制中的平等和人权的价值观念。
[Abstract]:KiVa is a national anti-bullying program in Finland designed to prevent bullying and deal with confirmed bullying cases, consisting mainly of "universal behavior" and "indicative behaviour", and to implement anti-bullying courses. Professional intervention and anti-bullying training, strengthening victim-bullying psychological adjustment. KiVa project has effectively reduced the number of bullying incidents and victims, reflecting the values of equality and human rights in the Finnish primary and secondary school system.
