中职语文教学的现状、问题与对策研究

【摘要】:当前中等职业技术学校的教学质量日益呈现下滑趋势,笔者从专业出发,尝试探求提高中职语文教学质量的途径和方法,以此促进中职语文教学质量的提高,并为中职教育事业的发展作出一定贡献。本文在研究过程中综合使用了文献分析法、问卷调查法、个案研究法、统计分析法等多种研究方法,通过对当前中职语文教学中存在的学习状况堪忧、教学内容局限、师资力量不足、考核制度落后问题进行剖析,发掘出导致出现这些问题的深层次原因:教学主管部门对课程定位模糊、学校缺乏重视、生源基础薄弱、教材质量不高。最后,为了提高中职语文教学质量,笔者提出了以下几项对策:提高学生语文学习效率,革新教学内容,加强教师队伍建设,创新考核制度,优化教学方法。
[Abstract]:At present, the teaching quality of secondary vocational and technical schools is declining day by day. The author tries to explore the ways and methods to improve the quality of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools from the professional point of view, so as to promote the improvement of the quality of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools. And make some contribution to the development of secondary vocational education. In the course of the research, this paper comprehensively uses a variety of research methods, such as literature analysis, questionnaire survey, case study, statistical analysis, etc. This paper analyzes the problems existing in Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools, such as the worrying learning situation, the limitation of teaching contents, the shortage of teachers and the backward examination system. Find out the causes of these problems: the teaching department has a vague orientation of the curriculum, lack of attention to the school, the source of students is weak, the quality of teaching materials is not high. Finally, in order to improve the quality of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools, The author puts forward the following countermeasures: to improve the efficiency of students' Chinese learning, to reform the teaching content, to strengthen the construction of the teaching team, to innovate the examination system, and to optimize the teaching methods.
