普通高中校本教研运作模式的理论与实践研究

【摘要】:为了适应新课改,为了培养创新型人才,为了迎接新时代的挑战,教师必须不断提高自己的教学水平与科研能力。校本教研是促进教师专业发展的有效途径。校本教研开展十几年来,在中小学取得了让人可喜的成绩。根据知网上关于研究校本教研的文献表明,相对小学与初中的校本教研,高中的校本教研发展较缓慢。校本教研的发展程度直接影响学校的教学质量、学生的发展情况。高中校本教研运作现状是怎样的?存在哪些问题?其运作模式是怎样的?目前高中校本教研取得了哪些成功的经验?具体怎样的高中校本教研模式运作是相对有效的?为了探究这些问题,笔者通过问卷调查与访谈的形式进行了深入的研究。本文具体阐述内容如下:第一部分为绪论,主要是阐述研究的目的、校本教研的文献综述、研究的理论基础以及研究设计。第二部分是高中校本教研运作模式的概述。对校本教研概念进行了鉴定,阐述高中校本教研的必要性,分析校本教研的特点以及价值追求。第三部分主要是对高中校本教研现状问卷数据的分析。描述了校本教研制度的具体情况、组织领导体系情况、校本教研活动实施与教师教研能力的具体情况。最后分析高中校本教研的评价现状。第四部分是分析高中校本教研运作存在问题以及原因。主要从五个方面去阐述原因。一是校本教研制度不完善,二是高中校本教研管理组织存在问题,三是校本教研活动形式单一,四是教师参与校本教研的问题,最后是校本教研评价体系不完善。第五部分是通过个案分析,总结校本教研运作取得的宝贵经验。一是成立了专门的校本教研组织管理部门;二是制定了具体的并具有操作性的校本教研制度;三是校本教研活动形式多样;四是形成了浓厚的校本教研文化氛围。第六部分是构建高中校本教研模式。高中的教研模式具体包括五个环节,第一步要制定校本教研制度,第二步要建立科学有效的校本教研组织体系,第三步要开展灵活多样的校本教研活动,第四步则是对校本教研成果进行推广,第五步是建立校本教研评价体系。第七部分内容是提出改善高中校本教研运作的策略。可以采取五种措施。方法一:提高对校本教研重要性的认识。方法二:建立校本教研保障制度。方法三:加强对高中校本教研的管理。方法四:提高教师参与校本教研的积极性。方法五:要形成浓厚的校本教研文化氛围。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the new curriculum reform, to train innovative talents, to meet the challenges of the new era, Teachers must constantly improve their teaching level and scientific research ability. School-based teaching and research is an effective way to promote teachers' professional development. Gratifying results have been achieved in primary and secondary schools. According to the literature on school-based teaching and research conducted on the Internet, school-based teaching and research in primary and junior high schools, The development of school-based teaching and research in high school is slow. The development of school-based teaching and research directly affects the quality of teaching and the development of students. What is the current situation of the operation of school-based teaching and research in senior high school? What are the problems? What is its mode of operation? What are the successful experiences of School-based Teaching and Research in Senior High School? What specific high school school-based teaching and research mode operation is relatively effective? In order to explore these problems, the author through the form of questionnaires and interviews to conduct in-depth research. The specific content of this paper is as follows: the first part is an introduction, mainly describes the purpose of the study, school-based teaching and research literature review, The second part is an overview of the operational mode of school-based teaching and research in senior high school. The concept of school-based teaching and research is appraised, and the necessity of school-based teaching and research in senior high school is expounded. The third part is mainly about the analysis of the questionnaire data of the current situation of school-based teaching and research in senior high school. It describes the specific situation of school-based teaching and research system and the situation of organization and leadership system. The implementation of school-based teaching and research activities and the specific situation of teachers' teaching and research ability. Finally, the evaluation status of school-based teaching and research in senior high schools is analyzed. The 4th part is to analyze the existing problems and reasons in the operation of school-based teaching and research in senior high schools. First, the system of school-based teaching and research is not perfect, Second, there are problems in the management of school-based teaching and research in senior high school, third, the form of school-based teaching and research activities is single, the fourth is the problem of teachers participating in school-based teaching and research, and finally, the evaluation system of school-based teaching and research is not perfect. Part 5th is through case analysis. Summing up the valuable experience gained in the operation of school-based teaching and research. One is the establishment of a special management department of school-based teaching and research organizations, the second is the establishment of a specific and operable school-based teaching and research system, the third is the diversity of school-based teaching and research activities; Fourth, formed a strong cultural atmosphere of school-based teaching and research. Part 6th is to build a school-based teaching and research model in high schools. The teaching and research model of senior high schools includes five links. The first step is to formulate a school-based teaching and research system. The second step is to establish a scientific and effective school-based teaching and research organization system, the third step is to carry out flexible and diverse school-based teaching and research activities, and the 4th step is to promote school-based teaching and research achievements. The 5th step is to establish the evaluation system of school-based teaching and research. Part 7th is to put forward the strategy of improving the operation of school-based teaching and research in senior high school. Five measures can be taken. Method one: to raise the understanding of the importance of school-based teaching and research. To establish the guarantee system of school-based teaching and research. Method three: to strengthen the management of school-based teaching and research in senior high school. Method four: to improve the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in school-based teaching and research. Method five: to form a strong cultural atmosphere of school-based teaching and research.
