女生成长的价值定位与教育策略

【摘要】：青春期女生处在社会化的关键期,表现出生活意义的探索性、行为表现的从众性、角色定位的冲突性和规则突破的隐蔽性等特质。当前,受女生个体及性别意识的觉醒、学校教育单一发展目标对女生的局限、多元开放女性伦理文化的冲击等因素影响,青春期女生面临社会文化定位的多重矛盾,由此带来女生教育的新问题。为此学校生活中应采取和谐民主和积极引导的策略:尊重女生个人权利,宽容对待追求独立的女生;树立女生价值目标,客观认识标新立异的女生;发展女生良好个性,耐心帮助有特殊弱点的女生;培养女生生活兴趣,积极鼓励表现平凡的女生;提供女生学习榜样,公平对待非模式化目标定位的女生。
[Abstract]:Adolescent girls are in the critical period of socialization, showing the exploratory meaning of life, the conformity of behavior, the conflict of role orientation and the concealment of breakthrough rules, etc. At present, girls are awakened by their individual and gender consciousness. The limitation of single development goal of school education to female students, the impact of multiple and open female ethical culture and other factors, the adolescent girls are faced with multiple contradictions of social and cultural orientation. Therefore, we should adopt the strategy of harmonious democracy and positive guidance in school life: respecting the individual rights of girls, treating them with tolerance, setting up the value goal of girls, Objective understanding of innovative female students; development of girls' good personality and patience to help girls with special weaknesses; development of female students' interest in life, active encouragement of girls with ordinary performance; provision of female students' role models, Fair treatment of women who are not stereotyped targets.
