京津冀基础教育协同发展:定位、现状与对策

【摘要】:基础教育协同发展在京津冀协同发展中具有基础性和先导性地位。然而,京津冀三地基础教育发展现状差距较大,表现为河北学生总数大,而且乡村学生占比高,京津乡村学生占比很小;河北与京津专任教师中本科及以上学历者所占比例相差较大;河北基础教育各阶段生师比都高于京津,学前教育生师比差距尤大;尽管河北努力加大基础教育投入,但它与京津的差距依然很大。认识这些差距,对厘清基础教育协同发展的重点和难点具有重要启示。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of basic education plays a fundamental and leading role in the cooperative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei province. However, the gap in the development of basic education among the three places of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is quite large, which shows that the total number of students in Hebei is large, and the proportion of rural students is high. The proportion of students in rural areas of Beijing and Tianjin is very small, the proportion of full-time teachers in Hebei and Beijing and Tianjin is different, the ratio of students and teachers in all stages of basic education in Hebei is higher than that in Beijing and Tianjin, especially in preschool education. In spite of Hebei's efforts to increase investment in basic education, the gap between Hebei and Beijing and Tianjin is still very large. Understanding these gaps has important implications for clarifying the key points and difficulties in the coordinated development of basic education.
