【摘要】：志愿精神是一种在自愿的、不计报酬或收入的条件下而参与推动人类发展、促进社会进步和完善社区工作的精神,是公众参与社会生活的一种重要方式,是个人对生命价值、社会、人类以及人生观的一种积极态度。初中阶段是中学生身心健康发展的黄金时期,也是世界观、人生观、价值观逐步形成的重要时期。初中生的成长不是孤立的,而是逐渐适应社会、融入社会的过程。“赠人玫瑰,手留余香”,对初中生进行志愿精神培育,学习“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿理念,号召更多的初中生参与志愿服务活动,不仅能够增强参与社会的意识,提高社会责任感,也是一种重要的锻炼自身的方式。一双筷子易折断,十双筷子抱成团。一个初中生的力量是微弱的,但是初中生群体的力量却是巨大的,是建设社会主义和谐社会不可忽视的重要力量。笔者紧紧围绕“初中生志愿精神培育”这一主题,从对志愿精神的相关理论概述入手,包括志愿精神相关概念的界定、初中生志愿精神培育的理论依据、初中生志愿精神培育的现实意义;创造性地对初中生志愿精神培育的原则和内容进行详细论述;在调查问卷的基础之上,掌握第一手资料,了解了当前初中生志愿精神培育的现状,分析了志愿精神培育存在的问题,并挖掘了存在这些问题的缘由;最后笔者根据初中生志愿精神培育目前存在的问题,从学校、家庭、社会三方面探究了初中生志愿精神培育的对策。如增强学校志愿精神培育的主阵地作用、发挥家庭教育功能,培育初中生的志愿意识、营造初中生志愿精神培育的社会环境。
[Abstract]:Volunteerism is a spirit that participates in promoting human development, promoting social progress and improving community work on a voluntary basis, regardless of remuneration or income. It is an important way for the public to participate in social life and is the value of the individual to life. A positive attitude towards society, human beings and outlook on life. The junior middle school stage is a golden period for the development of middle school students' physical and mental health. It is also an important period for the gradual formation of world outlook, outlook on life, and values. The growth of junior high school students is not isolated. Instead, it is a process of gradually adapting to society and integrating into society. "give people roses, leave their hands behind," and cultivate the voluntary spirit of junior high school students and learn the voluntary concept of "dedication, fraternity, mutual assistance and progress". Calling on more junior high school students to participate in voluntary service activities can not only enhance the sense of social participation and social responsibility, but also be an important way to exercise themselves. The theoretical basis of junior high school students' voluntary spirit cultivation, the practical significance of junior high school students' voluntary spirit cultivation; creatively discuss the principles and contents of junior high school students' voluntary spirit cultivation in detail; on the basis of questionnaire, grasp the first-hand information. Understand the current situation of junior high school students' volunteer spirit cultivation, analyze the existing problems of voluntary spirit cultivation, and excavate the reason of these problems; finally, according to the existing problems of junior high school students' voluntary spirit cultivation, from school, family, This paper probes into the countermeasures of cultivating the voluntary spirit of junior high school students from three aspects of society, such as strengthening the main role of the cultivation of voluntary spirit in schools, giving play to the function of family education, cultivating the voluntary consciousness of junior high school students, and creating a social environment for the cultivation of voluntary spirit of junior high school students.
