学校体育运动弱势群体的隐性存在与显性教学补救

【摘要】:让弱势群体有平等的接受体育教育的权利和机会,并在积极差别对待原则下对其作出教育补偿,是实现教育公平的内在要义。学校体育场域弱势群体的概念繁杂、分类多元。微观学校体育内运动弱势群体包括身心障碍者、健全体弱者、教育放弃与教育自弃者四类人群。隐形运动弱势群体的主要表现和成因可归结为:女性体育参与不足和运动形象缺失,扮演附属与陪伴角色;体育资源分配失衡与群育功能丧失,"看客"群体充当弱势主流;厌教引起"静坐"群体反应,不断扩充弱势队伍。可采取的补救措施是减少教育放弃与教育自弃,推行课内即时补救、特设资源室、个别辅导三级补救制度促使弱势转化,布置家庭体育作业促成家校联合。
[Abstract]:It is the inner meaning of realizing educational equity that the vulnerable groups should have equal rights and opportunities to receive physical education and compensate them for education under the principle of positive discrimination. The concept of vulnerable groups in school stadiums is complicated, The sports vulnerable groups in microcosmic school physical education include the physically and mentally disabled, the able-bodied and the frail. The main manifestations and causes of invisible sports vulnerable groups can be summed up as follows: female sports participation and lack of sports image, play the role of subsidiary and accompanying; The imbalance of distribution of sports resources and the loss of the function of group education, the "watch" group acting as the weak mainstream, the "sit-in" group response caused by the "anaerobic education", and the continuous expansion of the vulnerable group. The remedial measures that can be taken are to reduce the abandonment of education and the abandonment of education. Implementation of in-class immediate remediation, special resource room, individual counselling three-level remedial system to promote the transformation of the weak, home sports homework to facilitate the combination of home and school.
