中小学教师对学生的关注:结构及其现状

【摘要】:教师对学生的关注是教师专业成长中非常重要的一个阶段,它是教师从“经师”向“人师”转变的一个重要指标。关于教师对学生的关注,国内外学者做了很多相关的研究,主要以富勒和霍尔的研究为基础。但是这些研究只是将教师对学生的关注放在教师整个成长阶段或者教育改革过程中进行研究,并没有人对教师关注学生这一阶段进行单独研究。因此教师关注学生哪些方面,并没有清晰的结论。总所周知,教师关注的内容不同,其所投入的精力也必然不同。研究教师关注学生的结构,可以使教师认识自己,从而做出改变。同时也可以为教师培训及检验新课程改革成果提供依据。因此,研究教师对学生关注具有重要的实践意义。本研究以富勒教师关注理论为理论模型,以关注学生为切入点,研究教师对学生的关注。本研究的对象为浙江省中小学教师。首先,通过访谈和开放性问卷收集中小学教师对学生关注的内容,作为问卷的题项。其次请学科专家、相关学者和一线教师对题项进行评定,修改并删除不恰当的条目,形成预测问卷。再次,用预测问卷进行施测,对结果进行项目分析、探索性因素分析,确定问卷维度和题项。最后,通过验证性因素分析对问卷结构进行验证,之后进行信效度检验,最终形成正式问卷。根据形成的问卷进行施测,进而了解中小学教师对学生关注的现状。研究结果:1.形成《中小学教师关注学生问卷》。问卷共有16道题项,分为四个维度,分别是日常学习、综合素质、家庭状况和行为安全。问卷结构清晰,信效度良好,符合心理测量学的标准,可以用于测量中小学教师对学生的关注情况。2.中小学教师对学生关注的总体情况较好;女性教师对学生的关注程度高于男性教师;小学教师对学生的关注程度高于初中教师和高中教师;具有16-20年或者25年以上教龄的教师对学生的关注程度最高,显著高于1-5年教龄的教师;高级职称教师对学生的关注程度显著高于初级职称教师和中级职称教师,初级职称和中级职称教师之间的差异不显著;语文教师对学生的关注程度最高,显著高于心理健康教师、英语教师、文科类教师和兴趣类教师。心理健康教师和兴趣类教师对学生的关注程度与其他学科教师相比最低。
[Abstract]:Teachers' concern for students is a very important stage in teachers' professional growth, and it is an important indicator for teachers to change from "economic teachers" to "human teachers." concerning teachers' concern for students, scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of relevant research. Mainly based on Fuller and Hall's research. But these studies only focus teachers' attention on students in the whole growth stage of teachers or in the process of educational reform. There is no single study of the stage where teachers pay attention to students. Therefore, there is no clear conclusion as to which aspects teachers pay attention to students. As we all know, the contents of teachers' concerns are different. The study of teachers' attention to the structure of students can make teachers know themselves and make changes. At the same time, it can also provide a basis for teachers' training and testing of the achievements of the new curriculum reform. It is of great practical significance to study teachers' concern to students. This study takes Fuller's theory of teacher's attention as a theoretical model and concerns students as a starting point to study teachers' concern for students. The object of this study is primary and secondary school teachers in Zhejiang Province. Through interviews and open questionnaires, we collect the contents of primary and secondary school teachers' attention to students as the items of the questionnaire. Secondly, we invite the subject experts, relevant scholars and front-line teachers to evaluate the items, modify and delete the inappropriate items. Third, using the predictive questionnaire to test the results of the project analysis, exploratory factor analysis, determine the dimensions and items of the questionnaire. Finally, through confirmatory factor analysis to verify the structure of the questionnaire. Then the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested, and a formal questionnaire was formed. And then understand the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers' concern about students. The result of the study is: 1. Forming the questionnaire for Primary and Secondary School Teachers concerned about students. The questionnaire has 16 items, which are divided into four dimensions, namely, daily study, comprehensive quality, and so on. Family status and behavior safety. The questionnaire has clear structure, good reliability and validity, which can be used to measure the attention of primary and middle school teachers to students. 2. The general situation of primary and secondary school teachers paying attention to students is good; Female teachers pay more attention to students than male teachers; primary school teachers pay more attention to students than junior middle school teachers and senior high school teachers; teachers with 16-20 years or more have the highest attention to students. Teachers with senior titles are more concerned with students than teachers with junior and intermediate titles, and there is no significant difference between teachers with junior titles and teachers with intermediate titles. Chinese teachers pay more attention to students than mental health teachers, English teachers, liberal arts teachers and interest teachers.
