中职应用文写作有效教学研究

【摘要】:应用文写作教学是中等职业学校语文课程内容的重中之重,是职业学校教学特色的体现。研究探索中等职业技术学校应用文写作教学的有效性,不仅有利于提高语文教学质量、全面提升学生能力、奠定日后就业基础,更有利于提升语文学科地位、实现语文在职业学校的学科价值。然而摆在我们面前的事实是:当下,中职学校应用文写作教学不受重视、教学效果低下、现状很不理想。鉴于此,笔者从中职学校应用文写作有效教学的重要性和紧迫性着手,在对应用文写作及有效教学的一系列文献进行查阅学习后,深入调查探究目前中职学校语文应用文写作的教学情况;以此为据,分析制约其有效教学的相关因素;并进一步从教师的角度探索中职应用文写作有效教学策略,以期给处于教学困境中的广大中职教师提供理论依据和实践指导。本论文主要由四部分组成:第一章为研究概述。主要阐明本论文研究的意义、相关概念的定义及主要采取的研究方法,以此明确本论文基本的探究依据。第二章是对中职应用文写作教学现状的调查与分析。在调查中,笔者以国家级重点普通职业学校——大连市轻工业学校为调研对象,通过实施访谈调查与问卷调查,掌握了目前中职学校应用文写作教学“低效”甚至“无效”的现状。第三章进一步分析思考造成其教学效果低下、教学现状不理想的因素。笔者依次从学校、家庭等客观环境原因、教师原因、学生原因三方面来分析制约中职应用文写作教学有效性的主要原因。第四章则是笔者在对目前教学困境分析探究的基础上,结合有效教学理论及自身教学实习经验,探求中职应用文写作有效教学策略。笔者认为老师是教学活动的安排者、主导者,老师能否“有效的教”直接影响了学生是否“有效的学”。因此,笔者从教师的角度来探求对策,认为教师应提升个人素养,转变教学理念、终身学习;在教学时要结合实际情况采用情境教学法、案例教学法等有效教学方法;通过仿写练习、对比练习、改写练习、模拟实践等方法来加强学生应用文写作技能的提升;同时在教学中辅以先进的多媒体设备;以切实地提升应用文写作教学成效和质量,在既促进学生发展又促进教师自我成长中实现有效教学。
[Abstract]:The teaching of practical writing is the most important part of the Chinese curriculum in secondary vocational schools and the embodiment of the teaching characteristics of vocational schools. It is not only helpful to improve the quality of Chinese teaching but also to explore the effectiveness of practical writing teaching in secondary vocational and technical schools. To improve students' ability and lay a foundation for employment in the future is more conducive to promoting the status of Chinese as a subject and realizing the value of Chinese in vocational schools. However, the fact before us is: now, The teaching of practical writing in secondary vocational schools is not paid attention to, the teaching effect is low, and the present situation is not ideal. In view of this, the author begins with the importance and urgency of effective teaching of practical writing in secondary vocational schools. After consulting and studying a series of documents on practical writing and effective teaching, this paper makes a thorough investigation into the teaching situation of Chinese practical writing in secondary vocational schools and analyzes the relevant factors restricting its effective teaching. Furthermore, it explores the effective teaching strategies of practical writing in vocational schools from the teachers' point of view. This thesis consists of four parts: the first chapter is an overview of the research. The definition of relevant concepts and the main research methods to clarify the basic research basis of this paper. Chapter two is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of practical writing teaching in secondary vocational schools. The author takes Dalian light industry school, a national key vocational school, as the research object, and carries out interview investigation and questionnaire survey. The author grasps the present situation of "low efficiency" or "ineffective" in practical writing teaching in secondary vocational schools. Chapter three further analyzes the factors that cause the low teaching effect and the unsatisfactory teaching situation. The author analyzes the main reasons that restrict the effectiveness of practical writing teaching in secondary vocational schools from three aspects, such as family, teachers and students. Chapter four is the basis of the author's analysis and exploration of the current teaching difficulties. Combining the effective teaching theory and teaching practice experience, the author explores the effective teaching strategy of practical writing in secondary vocational school. The author thinks that the teacher is the arranger and the leader of the teaching activities. Whether the teacher can "teach effectively" directly influences the students'"effective learning". Therefore, the author explores the countermeasures from the teacher's point of view, and thinks that the teacher should improve his personal accomplishment, change the teaching idea, and study all his life; In teaching, we should adopt effective teaching methods such as situational teaching method and case teaching method in combination with actual situation, strengthen students' practical writing skills by copying writing exercises, comparing exercises, rewriting exercises, simulating practice and so on. At the same time, advanced multimedia equipment is used in the teaching to improve the teaching effect and quality of practical writing, and to realize effective teaching in the process of promoting students' development as well as teachers' self-growth.
