数据挖掘在高考成绩影响因素分析中的应用研究

【摘要】：评价环节是任何一个追求完整的教学过程所不可或缺的。在当今所有的考试中,高考无疑是最具权威,范围最广,影响力最强的一项考试,对学生、学校而言是一次总结性的评价,社会认可度高,意义深远。学校的发展离不开学生的发展,高考对于农村孩子的成才发展是一条重要途径。随着教育信息化的飞速发展,为了更好地促进学校教育的发展,中学也逐步建立并应用相关的信息管理系统,比如江苏省学籍管理系统,教师人事管理系统,中小学教育卡管理平台,江苏省优课资源管理平台以及考试成绩管理系统等等。这样,日积月累产生大量的数据,已形成非常连贯的数据流水信息。目前,就海门市三厂中学(以下简称厂中)而言,这些数据仍然是独立的,分散的,主要用途只是为各自部门提供简单的查询和统计,对这些数据与高考成绩的相关性没有充分地挖掘出来。如何在现有的数据基础上通过联机分析和数据挖掘技术去分析和挖掘出影响高考成绩的因素,对为中学教育决策提供重要依据,从而促进师生个体的发展,提升学校的办学水平具有重要的意义。本文以厂中2011年至2015年的学生高考成绩、学生学籍、中考成绩,教师人事信息以及学生在高中各阶段性的成绩为研究对象,通过多维数据集、联机分析处理(Online Analytical Processing,简称OLAP)、数据挖掘等技术的综合运用来挖掘数据中所隐藏的有用信息。本文的研究对数据挖掘应用于中学教学策略的制定,和学生个体的发展指导具有一定的意义。

In this way, the cumulative production of a large number of data, has formed a very consistent data income information. At present, in the case of Haimen Sanchang Middle School (hereinafter referred to as "Haimen Middle School"), These data are still independent, fragmented and primarily intended to provide simple queries and statistics for their respective departments, The correlation between these data and college entrance examination results has not been fully excavated. How to analyze and excavate the factors that affect college entrance examination results through on-line analysis and data mining technology on the basis of existing data, It is of great significance to provide important basis for the decision-making of middle school education, thus to promote the development of individual teachers and students, and to improve the level of running schools. Teachers' personnel information and students' achievements in each stage of high school are studied through multidimensional data sets. OLAP (online Analytical processing), OLAP, data mining and other technologies are used to mine the useful information hidden in the data. In this paper, the application of data mining to the formulation of teaching strategies in middle schools is studied. And student individual development guidance has certain significance.
