中学思想政治课中人格教育的实效性研究

【摘要】:中学生是国家和民族的未来,中学阶段,是他们人格形成的关键阶段。思想政治课是塑造中学生人格的主阵地和主渠道。这一点,已经成为共识,许多专家、学者、教育工作者的研究也取得了丰硕成果。但是,从思想政治课中提高人格教育的实效性的视角开展研究的,甚乎其微,尚未见有分量的成果。在当前新形势下,由于受经济全球化、社会信息化、思想多样化等多种因素的影响,思想政治课对中学生的人格教育,也受到很大冲击,出现了不少问题,直接降低了人格教育的效果,严重制约着中学生的健康成长。这与党和人民对中学生的期望,与民族复兴伟大时代对未来人才的要求极不相称。站在这样的高度,以全新的视角,研究提高中学思想政治课中人格教育的实效性,不仅十分必要,而且具有重大的现实意义。论文在深入分析思想政治课与中学生人格教育辩证关系的基础上,全面论述了中学思想政治课中进行人格教育的重要意义。它能够促进中学生的全面发展,有助于和谐社会的构建,有益于提高教学队伍的质量,有利于中华民族的伟大复兴。面对目前教学中人格教育存在的问题,通过梳理,归纳为思想政治教育课教学内容单调、教学手段单一、评价方式陈旧、保障机制欠缺等方面,针对这些问题,从思想政治课教材内容编制存在缺陷、教育目标模糊、理论与实际在一定程度上脱离、考评方式不合理、课程管理松散、部分教师人格素养欠缺、中学生自身的原因等方面,进行了剖析,探寻问题的症结所在。探索新路径,提出新举措是核心部分。本文从改革中学政治课的教学内容、创新教育理念、创造教学方式方法、提高考评与管理的弹性、建立健全保障机制等方面,进行了挖掘和探讨。要丰富和革新中学课本教学内容,发挥教师在人格教育中的魅力,调动学生在人格教育中的主动性;要创新课外活动,开展合作性研究课题,强化榜样教育;要设计符合中学思想政治课评价的目标与原则,建立完善合理的评价内容,运用富有弹性的评价手段;要营造思想政治的学习氛围,提升教师队伍的人格素养,整合内外教育的影响力,建立有效可行的制度保障机制等方式方法,将全方位,多层次地促进人格教育,从而揭示了中学生人格教育和心理发展的内在规律性,形成了一套切实可行的方法,提升人格教育的实效性。
[Abstract]:Middle school students are the future of the country and the nation, and the middle school stage is the key stage of the formation of their personality.Ideological and political course is the main position and channel for shaping the personality of middle school students.This has become a consensus, many experts, scholars, educators have also made fruitful research.However, from the perspective of improving the effectiveness of personality education in the ideological and political class, the research is very minor and has not yet seen significant results.Under the current new situation, due to the influence of many factors, such as economic globalization, social informatization, and ideological diversification, the ideological and political class has also suffered a great impact on the personality education of middle school students, and many problems have arisen.It directly reduces the effect of personality education and restricts the healthy growth of middle school students.This is out of proportion with the expectations of the Party and the people for middle school students and the demands for future talents in the great era of national rejuvenation.Standing at such a height, it is not only necessary but also of great practical significance to study and improve the effectiveness of personality education in ideological and political classes in middle schools from a new perspective.On the basis of deeply analyzing the dialectical relationship between ideological and political courses and middle school students' personality education, the paper discusses the significance of personality education in middle school ideological and political classes.It can promote the overall development of middle school students, contribute to the construction of a harmonious society, improve the quality of the teaching team, and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the face of the problems existing in the personality education in the present teaching, through combing, it is concluded that the teaching content of the ideological and political education course is monotonous, the teaching means are single, the evaluation method is old, the safeguard mechanism is lacking and so on, aiming at these problems.From the aspects of defects in compiling the contents of ideological and political teaching materials, vague educational objectives, a certain degree of separation between theory and practice, unreasonable evaluation methods, loose curriculum management, lack of some teachers' personality accomplishment, reasons for middle school students themselves, etc.It analyzes the problem and explores the crux of the problem.Exploring new ways and putting forward new measures is the core part.This paper probes into the aspects of reforming the teaching content of politics course in middle school, innovating the educational idea, creating teaching methods, improving the flexibility of evaluation and management, establishing and perfecting the guarantee mechanism, etc.It is necessary to enrich and innovate the teaching contents of middle school textbooks, give play to teachers' charm in personality education, arouse students' initiative in personality education, innovate extracurricular activities, carry out cooperative research topics, and strengthen model education.It should be designed in line with the objectives and principles of the evaluation of ideological and political courses in middle schools, the establishment of reasonable evaluation contents, the use of flexible evaluation methods, the creation of a learning atmosphere of ideology and politics, and the promotion of the personality literacy of the teachers.Integrating the influence of internal and external education and establishing effective and feasible system guarantee mechanism will promote personality education in all directions and at different levels, thus revealing the inherent law of personality education and psychological development of middle school students.Formed a set of practical methods to improve the effectiveness of personality education.
