我国中学生法制教育探析

【摘要】：最近几年,中学生违法犯罪率居高不下,给社会发展与稳定造成了很大影响,也给人民群众的人身和财产造成了巨大的损害,如何解决中学生违法犯罪问题,是摆在我国法治社会建设中的一个重要问题。中学生违法犯罪行为增多,这与中学生法制教育不到位有密切的关系。当前,各个中学、社会、家长等虽然已经在一定层面上认识了中学生法制教育的重要性,但是在思想上却没有真正地重视起中学生法制教育,导致中学生法制教育中还存在着不少问题。本文详细分析了目前中学生法制教育中存在的问题,认为在目前的中学生法制教育当中,学校教育没有发挥出应有的作用,家庭教育开展不到位,社会教育作用不突出,学校、家庭和社会之间,在中学生法制教育上没有形成合力,社会上的一些不良思想和观念,对中学生法制教育的效果起到了弱化的作用。要想解决这些问题,笔者认为在中学生法制教育中应该从学生自身、家庭、学校和社会事务的角度,构建起完善的法制教育体系。从学生自身的角度来讲,应该加强自我约束、自我管理能力的培养,学会自我管理和自我约束。从家庭的角度来讲,要不断提升家长的素质与能力,丰富家长的法律知识,掌握一定的法制教育方式方法,同时要为中学生的健康成长创造一个良好的家庭环境,科学地运用说服教育、沟通教育等家庭教育方法。当然,必须发挥学校教育的主体性作用,在这一方面应该编制新的具有可读性、趣味性的教材,在此基础上改进和完善教学方法,建立一支高水平的专业教师队伍等;在社会教育方面,既要发挥媒体宣传在法制教育上的作用,还要充分发挥政府及司法部门在社会教育中的作用,将法制教育作为相关司法部门的一项基本职能。在此基础上,将学校、家庭和社会三者有效结合起来,不断提高中学生法制教育水平,发挥中学生法制教育在预防和控制中学生犯罪中的作用。通过上述研究,希望能够对当前的中学生法制教育相关单位、部门提供一些帮助和启示,使其从思想上重视起中学生法制教育,在此基础上不断提高中学生法制教育的实效性,更好地解决中学生违法犯罪问题。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the high crime rate of middle school students has had a great impact on social development and stability, and it has also caused great damage to the people's personal and property. How to solve the problem of middle school students' illegal crimes?It is an important problem in the construction of our country's legal society.The increase of middle school students' illegal and criminal behavior is closely related to the lack of legal education of middle school students.At present, each middle school, society, and parents have already recognized the importance of legal education for middle school students on a certain level, but they have not really attached importance to the legal education of middle school students in terms of ideology.There are still many problems in the legal education of middle school students.This paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the legal education of middle school students at present, and thinks that in the current legal education of middle school students, the school education has not played its due role, the family education has not been carried out in place, the social education role has not been prominent, the school has not played its due role.Between family and society, there is no resultant force in the legal education of middle school students, and some bad ideas and ideas in the society have played a weakening role in the effect of the legal education of middle school students.In order to solve these problems, the author thinks that in the legal education of middle school students, a perfect legal education system should be constructed from the perspectives of students themselves, families, schools and social affairs.From the point of view of students, we should strengthen self-discipline, cultivate self-management ability, and learn self-management and self-restraint.From the family point of view, we should constantly improve the quality and ability of parents, enrich their legal knowledge, master certain ways of legal education, and at the same time create a good family environment for the healthy growth of middle school students.Scientific use of persuasion education, communication education and other family education methods.Of course, we must give play to the subjective role of school education, in this respect, we should compile new readable and interesting teaching materials, on the basis of which we should improve and improve teaching methods and establish a high level of professional teachers;In the aspect of social education, we should not only give play to the role of media propaganda in legal education, but also give full play to the role of the government and the judiciary in social education, and regard legal education as a basic function of the relevant judicial departments.On this basis, combining school, family and society effectively, improving the level of legal education of middle school students, giving play to the role of legal education of middle school students in preventing and controlling the crime of middle school students.Through the above research, we hope to provide some help and enlightenment to the relevant units and departments of the current middle school students' legal education, so that they can attach great importance to the legal education of middle school students, and on this basis, we can continuously improve the effectiveness of the legal education of middle school students.Better solve the problem of middle school students committing crimes.
