高中英语学困生课堂行为研究

【摘要】：本研究以新课改为背景,介绍了研究高中英语学困生生的课堂行为以及学习行为的目的和意义,以及当今国内外对此研究的现状；通过对学生课堂行为的研究,以期了解高中生,特别是高中英语学困生的课堂行为。同时通过对高中英语学困生和高中英语学优生的学习动机,学习策略,和学习态度等的比较,为如何从教育心理学的角度出发,换一个角度为如何改善高中英语学困生目前的情况提出一些建议和意见。最终笔者期望获得比较有效的方法既提高高中英语学困生的英语学习成绩,又能让老师,家长满意的行之有效的方法,同时也期望能够获得一些为学校行政部门管理高中英语学困生的有效的方法。本文运用质的研究方法对高中英语学困生的课堂行为进行了研究。研究者以湖南省常宁市第一中学为例,选取了高中英语学优生与学困生各6名,共12名学生作为个案,通过对这些学生的课堂观察、结构式访谈,深度访谈,并结合有关文献资料、相关研究理论研究,对高中英语学优生与学困生的课堂行为的现状及其影响因素进行了深入、细致的分析,并就高中英语学优生与学困生的课堂行为存在的一些问题提出了改进建议。通过对内部原因即学困生的学习态度,学困生的学习策略,学困生的学习基础,学困生的学习兴趣以及学困生的学习意志等的分析,并结合了外部原因即教育环境因素,教师的教育教学和家庭教育的影响等因素的详细分析,研究者提出了一些有有针对性的意见和建议。这些意见和建议包括有对高中生特别是学困生的意见,即通过各种方法来了解自身的基础,在知道自己的实际情况之后要规范自己的课堂行为。对高中英语老师也提出了一些的意见即平等对待每一位学生；认真了解每一位学生的基础,因材施教；精心设计好课堂内容；规范学生特别是学困生的课堂行为。还有对学生家长的意见即和孩子和睦相处,懂得“换位思考”；重视配合教育,同学校和社会一起为孩子创立良好的环境。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of the new course, this study introduces the purpose and significance of the study on the classroom behavior and learning behavior of the students with English learning difficulties in senior high school, and the present situation of the study at home and abroad. In order to understand the classroom behavior of high school students, especially high school students with English learning difficulties. At the same time, by comparing the learning motivation, learning strategy and learning attitude of the students with high school English learning difficulties and high school English students, this paper aims at how to proceed from the angle of educational psychology. From another perspective, some suggestions and suggestions on how to improve the current situation of English learners in senior high school are put forward. Finally, the author hopes to obtain more effective methods not only to improve the English learning performance of the students with English learning difficulties, but also to make teachers and parents satisfied with the effective methods. At the same time, we hope to get some effective methods to manage high school students with English learning difficulties for the school administration. This paper studies the classroom behavior of students with English learning difficulties in senior high school by qualitative method. Taking the No.1 Middle School in Changning City, Hunan Province as an example, the researcher selected 6 high school students with excellent English studies and 6 students with learning difficulties as a case study. Through classroom observation, structured interviews and in-depth interviews, 12 students were selected as cases. Combined with relevant literature and relevant theoretical research, this paper makes a thorough and detailed analysis of the present situation and the influencing factors of the classroom behavior of the high school students with high school English learning and learning difficulties. It also puts forward some suggestions to improve the classroom behavior of high school students with high school English learning and learning difficulties. Through the analysis of the internal reasons, that is, the learning attitude of the students with learning difficulties, the learning strategies of the students with learning difficulties, the learning basis of the students with learning difficulties, the interest of the students with learning difficulties and the learning will of the students with learning difficulties, and combining the external reasons, that is, the factors of the educational environment, etc. Based on the detailed analysis of the factors such as teachers' education and family education, the researcher puts forward some suggestions and suggestions. These opinions and suggestions include the opinions of high school students, especially the students with learning difficulties, that is, to understand their own foundation through various methods, and to regulate their classroom behavior after knowing their actual situation. The author also puts forward some suggestions to the senior high school English teachers, that is, to treat every student equally; to understand the foundation of each student carefully, to teach according to his aptitude; to design the classroom content carefully; to standardize the classroom behavior of the students, especially the students with learning difficulties. There is also the opinion of the parents of students, that is, to get along with their children, to know how to "think in a different place", to attach importance to the cooperation of education and to create a good environment for the children together with the school and the society.
