【摘要】：正教学目标是一切教学活动的出发点和归宿。但"一刀切"式的教学目标不能适应全体学生的需要,会导致优秀生"吃不饱",能力弱的学生"跟不上"。因此,教学目标应当体现差异,考虑不同层次学生的需求。挑战性目标是教师通过研读教材,充分预设学生而设置的高于基础性目标的教学目标,它是面向全体的、可达成的。设定挑战性目标,能够促进所有学生以较高水平的思维方式进行学习,是对学生现有发展水平的挑战与跨越。
[Abstract]:The goal of positive teaching is the starting point and destination of all teaching activities. However, the "one-size-fits-all" teaching goal can not meet the needs of all students. Therefore, teaching objectives should reflect differences and consider the needs of students at different levels. The challenging goal is the teaching goal which is set by the teacher through the study of the textbook, which is set by the students and is higher than the basic goal. It is all-oriented and can be achieved. Setting challenging goals can promote all students to learn in a higher level of thinking. It is a challenge and a leap to the students' current level of development.
