冲突管理视野下的中学教师教学与教研关系研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展和科学技术的进步,世界各国的竞争也越发的激烈,而这种竞争现在也越来越体现在知识和人才上的竞争。最近今年,我国相继提出了“科教兴国战略”和“人才强国战略”来培养人才,加强人才的建设。这项战略在学校的体现就是鼓励支持在校教师进行教学研究,来提高教师自身的综合素质。但是由于教师本身的教学任务,使得教师在处理教学和教研之间关系的时候产生了冲突问题。冲突产生的原因以及如何恰当地处理二者之间的冲突日益成为了研究的焦点。笔者在研究中通过问卷调查法以及行为事件访谈法,对中学教师的教学与教研关系的情况进行研究。接着对中学教师目前的教学与教研关系的现状进行分析,再结合访谈的内容以及调查的结果从中学教师对教学的态度、对于教研的态度以及对于教学与教研关系的态度三个方面找出二者之间产生冲突的原因。最后根据原因提出解决二者冲突的政府、社会、学校以及教师四个方面的对策,为中学教师更好地处理教学与教研之间的冲突提供帮助。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the competition among countries in the world is becoming more and more fierce, and now the competition is more and more reflected in the competition of knowledge and talents. Recently this year, China has put forward the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country by talents. The strategy is to encourage teachers to carry out teaching research in order to improve their comprehensive quality. However, because of the teachers' own teaching tasks, there is a conflict problem when they deal with the relationship between teaching and teaching and research. The cause of conflict and how to deal with the conflict between them have become the focus of research. In the research, the author studies the relationship between teaching and teaching research through questionnaire survey and behavior event interview. Then it analyzes the current situation of the relationship between teaching and research of middle school teachers, and then combines the contents of interviews and the results of the investigation from the attitude of middle school teachers to teaching. Find out the conflict between teaching and research from three aspects: the attitude of teaching and research and the attitude of teaching and research. Finally, the author puts forward four countermeasures to solve the conflict between them, such as government, society, school and teachers, so as to help the middle school teachers to deal with the conflict between teaching and research.
