法治教育纳入国民教育体系的实现路径思考

【摘要】：我国中小学法治教育在社会各界的大力推动之下,已经取得了一定的成就,但仍存在"定位不够明确、思想认识不够到位、教育内容不够系统、保障力度不够有力"等问题。将法治教育纳入国民教育体系,应立足于法治教育的顶层设计,赋予法治教育独立的课程地位,以"规则意识"为法治教育导向,编写层次分明、有针对性的课程大纲与教材,配合师资保障与社会各界力量的整合参与,多管齐下,对症下药,在社会、学校、家庭的共同努力下,推进法治教育纳入国民教育体系的路径实现。
[Abstract]:The rule of law education in primary and middle schools in our country has made certain achievements under the vigorous promotion of all circles of society. But there are still some problems, such as "not definite positioning, lack of ideological understanding, insufficient education content and insufficient guarantee strength". The independent curriculum in the rule of law education takes the "rule consciousness" as the guidance of the rule of law, compiling the syllabus with pertinent curriculum and teaching materials, combining with the integration of the teachers' guarantee and the power of all walks of life, with the common efforts of the society, the school and the family, and promoting the rule of law education into the national education system under the joint efforts of the society, the school and the family. Path implementation.
