PISA视野下的浙江省初中科学学业考试分析与省思——基于13年浙江省科学学业水平考试试题

【摘要】:浙江省综合科学课程是由自然科学发展至2002年正式成为国家综合科学课程,因而选择了自2002年以来的13年科学学业水平考试试题("中考"),以PISA2015科学评估框架中的分类指标进行定量计分与定性分析。尽管PISA理念在各地市的试题中有不同程度的体现,历年试题分析在PISA2015"科学知识、科学情境、科学能力"三个维度的表现:科学试题对科学情境关注欠缺,知识维度中"程序性知识"的重视不足,科学能力中的"设计与评价科学探究"与"科学解释数据与证据"不重视。论文进而立足于教育部深化义务教育课程改革意见与浙江省深化义务教育课程改革的契机,提出:基于科学核心素养,建立明确的学业考试评价标准;加强科学工程实践,关注学生实际问题解决能力的提升;扩大国际交流与学习,以研究引领科学学业水平考试的改革。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive science course in Zhejiang Province was developed from natural science to 2002, and became the national comprehensive science course. Therefore, the 13 years science academic level examination question since 2002 ("the middle school examination") was selected, and the quantitative score and qualitative analysis were carried out with the classification index in the PISA2015 scientific evaluation framework. Although the concept of PISA is reflected in different degree in the examination questions of various cities and cities, the analysis of the test questions over the years shows the three dimensions of "scientific knowledge, scientific situation, and scientific ability": the scientific test questions pay less attention to the scientific situation. In the dimension of knowledge, "procedural knowledge" is not paid enough attention to, and "design and evaluation scientific inquiry" and "scientific interpretation of data and evidence" in scientific ability are not paid attention to. Then, based on the opinions of the Ministry of Education on deepening the compulsory education curriculum reform and the opportunity of deepening the compulsory education curriculum reform in Zhejiang Province, the paper puts forward the following points: establishing a clear evaluation standard of academic examination based on scientific core accomplishment, strengthening scientific engineering practice, Pay attention to the improvement of students' practical problem-solving ability; expand international communication and study to study and lead the reform of science academic proficiency examination.
