中学思想政治教育显性教育与隐性教育的结合探究

【摘要】:思想政治教育是党和国家经济社会发展的生命线,在实现国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福为主题的中国梦中发挥着不可替代的重要作用,对中学生健康成长,特别是对社会主义事业建设者和接班人的培养,具有十分重要的价值。多年来,伴随着我国的改革开放,中学思想政治教育环境发生了很大变化,但至今在中学思想政治教育中仍然存在过于依赖显性教育,缺失隐性教育,二者未能实现有效结合,导致无法满足中学思想政治教育改革创新的需求,也不能有效促进中学生全面发展。针对目前中学思想政治教育出现的弊端和不足,特别是要解决中学阶段思想政治教育实践和教育理论之间存在脱节和困境的现状,提出将显性教育法与隐性教育法有机结合,从而不断增强中学思想政治教育教学的科学性和有效性。全文共分三个部分。本文第一部分对中学思想政治教育,中学思想政治显性教育,中学思想政治隐性教育,中学思想政治显性教育和隐性教育结合的教育概念进行阐释,并追根溯源对显隐结合教育理论进行拓展,运用马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论,马克思主义关于人与环境协同发展理论,作为中学思想政治教育显性教育和隐性教育结合的理论依据。借鉴中国传统的教育资源,以及西方文化的教育资源,作为中学思想政治教育显性教育和隐性教育结合的重要思想资源。全面阐述了中学思想政治教育中,显性教育和隐性教育相结合的背景。第二部分,结合中学思想政治教育现实情况,具体分析中学现阶段教学特点,对中学思想政治教育中显性教育和隐性教育结合的现状给予阐述,对显隐结合方面存在问题进行概述,特别对显隐结合中存在问题的原因进行深入分析。第三部分在此基础上,提出了显性教育和隐性教育的结合,需要坚持实事求是、以人为本、教学相长的基本原则,指出了校园教学、家庭教育、网络教育、环境建设、开放式教育的结合方法,明确了学校、家庭、社会三方联动,主体和环境二者互动,现实实践和虚拟网络联合的运行机制,提出了推进中学思想政治教育显性教育和隐性教育结合满足学生、教师、家庭、社会四个层面的实现目标。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is the lifeline of the economic and social development of the Party and the country. It plays an irreplaceable role in the realization of the prosperity and strength of the country, the rejuvenation of the nation, and the happiness of the people, and plays an irreplaceable role in the healthy growth of middle school students. In particular, the cultivation of socialist builders and successors is of great value. Over the years, with the reform and opening up in our country, the environment of ideological and political education in middle school has changed greatly, but there is still too much dependence on explicit education and the lack of recessive education in the ideological and political education of middle school, and the two have not been effectively combined. As a result, it can not meet the needs of ideological and political education reform and innovation in middle school, nor can it effectively promote the all-round development of middle school students. In view of the shortcomings and shortcomings of ideological and political education in middle school at present, especially in order to solve the disconnect and dilemma between the practice of ideological and political education and educational theory in middle school, this paper puts forward an organic combination of explicit education law and implicit education law. In order to continuously enhance the middle school ideological and political education teaching scientific and effective. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part of this paper explains the concepts of ideological and political education in middle school, explicit ideological and political education in middle school, implicit ideological and political education in middle school, and combination of ideological and political dominant education and implicit education in middle school. And trace back to the source of the combination of education theory to expand the use of Marxism on the overall development of human theory, Marxism on the coordinated development of human and environment theory, As the theoretical basis of the combination of explicit education and implicit education in middle school ideological and political education. Drawing lessons from Chinese traditional educational resources and Western cultural educational resources, it is an important ideological resource for the combination of explicit and implicit education in middle school ideological and political education. This paper comprehensively expounds the background of the combination of explicit education and implicit education in the ideological and political education in middle schools. The second part, combined with the reality of middle school ideological and political education, analyzes the characteristics of middle school teaching at the present stage, and expounds the present situation of the combination of explicit education and implicit education in middle school ideological and political education. This paper summarizes the existing problems in the combination of explicit and implicit, especially analyzes the causes of the problems in the combination of explicit and implicit. On this basis, the third part puts forward the combination of explicit education and recessive education, which needs to adhere to the basic principles of seeking truth from facts, people-oriented, teaching mutually, pointing out the campus teaching, family education, network education, environmental construction. The combination method of open education clarifies the operation mechanism of the combination of school, family and society, interaction between subject and environment, practical practice and virtual network. It puts forward the realization goal of promoting the combination of explicit education and implicit education in middle school ideological and political education to meet the four levels of students, teachers, families and society.
