魏书生语文教育对孔子思想的继承与发展研究

【摘要】:魏书生是当代语文教育领域的先锋人物,他的教育理论是当代语文教师的重要研究内容。研究人员试图从不同的角度将他的成功经验推而广之。但事实上,语文教师学习魏书生成功的经验时仍存在一些疑问,难以将魏书生的教学经验应用到实际教学中。在学习魏书生的教学经验过程中,受教学环境、教学能力和知识储备等因素的影响,语文教师难以将魏书生的成功经验与教学实际结合起来。从魏书生学习孔子教育思想的角度出发,本课题把魏书生继承和发展孔子教育思想的内容作为研究对象。研究魏书生的文献很多,但关于魏书生继承孔子教育思想方面的研究还不够充分。将优秀的传统教育思想与教学实践结合起来,是当前语文教师面对的新课题。 本研究运用文献梳理法、案例研究法和比较研究法,对近十年研究魏书生的文献重新整理和分类,结合魏书生的教学实践对他继承和发展孔子教育思想的内容进行分析和研究,,从理论源头出发,为语文教师找到更好学习魏书生的方向和方法。 魏书生对孔子教育思想的继承和发展,是以教学实践为基础,以优秀的传统教育思想为指导,体现在教学观、德育观、师生观等多方面。在语文教学里,魏书生用“启发诱导”的思想去培养学生的学习兴趣,用“因材施教”的思想实施他的“六步教学法”,用“循序渐进”思想落实“四遍八读”读书法和“语文知识树”,用“学贵笃行”思想培养学生的自我教育能力、自学能力和语文学科能力。 在师生观里,魏书生建立了学生尊重老师,老师关爱学生的和谐师生关系。魏书生一方面发展了孔子“乐而好学”的思想,严格要求自己,不断提升自己的知识素养、能力素养、职业道德思想和教育思想素养,另一方面发展了孔子“尊师爱生”的思想,树立了正确的学生观,面向全体学生,促进学生的全面发展。 在德育观里,魏书生重视德育在语文教学中的地位,确立了促进学生全面发展的德育目标。他继承和发展了孔子的“尚德”思想和“爱人”思想,在语文教学中运用民主和科学的原则作为德育的指导思想培养学生的品德。 魏书生受到孔子教育思想的影响,在教学中得到启发,将优秀的教育思想与实际教学相结合,形成了魏书生自己的教学模式和教学方法。通过研究魏书生对孔子思想的继承与发展,得到的启示是:崇高的事业心是语文教师转变教育观念的关键,语文教师应该将教学实践与优秀教育思想相结合,向学习型和研究型方向发展。
[Abstract]:Wei Shusheng is a pioneer in the field of contemporary Chinese education, and his educational theory is an important research content of contemporary Chinese teachers. The researchers tried to generalize his success from different angles. But in fact, there are still some questions when Chinese teachers learn Wei Shusheng's successful experience, it is difficult to apply Wei Shusheng's teaching experience to actual teaching. In the process of learning Wei Shusheng's teaching experience, influenced by teaching environment, teaching ability and knowledge reserve, it is difficult for Chinese teachers to combine Wei Shusheng's successful experience with teaching practice. From the angle of Wei Shusheng's study of Confucius' educational thought, the subject regards Wei Shusheng's inheriting and developing the content of Confucius' educational thought as the object of study. There are many documents about Wei Shusheng, but the research about Wei Shusheng inheriting Confucius' educational thought is not enough. It is a new task for Chinese teachers to combine excellent traditional educational thoughts with teaching practice. This study uses literature combing method, case study method and comparative research method to rearrange and classify the literature of Wei Shusheng in the past ten years, and combine with Wei Shusheng's teaching practice to analyze and study the content of his inheriting and developing Confucius' educational thought. From the source of theory, to find a better way for Chinese teachers to learn Wei Shusheng. Wei Shusheng's inheritance and development of Confucius' educational thought is based on teaching practice and guided by excellent traditional educational thought, which is embodied in teaching view, moral education view, teacher-student view and so on. In Chinese teaching, Wei Shusheng uses the thought of "enlightening and inducing" to cultivate the students' interest in learning, and carries out his "six-step teaching method" with the thought of "teaching according to his aptitude". Using the thought of "step by step" to carry out the reading method of "four times and eight readings" and "Chinese knowledge tree", and using the thought of "learning is expensive to do" to cultivate students' self-education ability, self-study ability and Chinese subject ability. In the view of teachers and students, Wei Shusheng established a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. On the one hand, Wei Shusheng developed Confucius' thought of "happy and eager to learn", strictly demanding himself, constantly improving his knowledge, ability, professional ethics, and educational ideology. On the other hand, it develops Confucius' thought of respecting teachers and loving students, sets up a correct view of students, faces all students, and promotes the all-round development of students. In the view of moral education, Wei Shusheng attached importance to the status of moral education in Chinese teaching, and established the goal of moral education to promote the all-round development of students. He inherited and developed Confucius'"Shang de" thought and "lover" thought, and used the principles of democracy and science in Chinese teaching as the guiding ideology of moral education to cultivate students' moral character. Influenced by Confucius' educational thought, Wei Shusheng was inspired in teaching and formed his own teaching mode and teaching method by combining excellent educational thought with practical teaching. Through the study of Wei Shusheng's inheritance and development of Confucius' thought, the enlightenment is that the lofty career spirit is the key for Chinese teachers to change their educational concept, and Chinese teachers should combine teaching practice with excellent educational thought.
