开封高中体育课选项教学现状调查与研究

【摘要】:体育课选项教学是以在体育与健康课程标准为理论依据,坚持“健康第一”思想的指导下,学校根据学生的兴趣爱好和特长,结合学校的场地器材和教师的专业能力等情况来设置运动项目,学生可根据自己的兴趣爱好来选择学习的项目,之后学校按学生所选的运动项目来开设授课班,在体育教师指导下来完成教学目标的一种授课形式。体育课选项教学以学生的兴趣爱好为中心,关注学生的体育参与和实践能力的培养,强调学生的全面发展,调动了学生参与体育活动的主动性,提高了学生的运动技能,培养了学生科学锻炼的意识和习惯。体育课选项教学不仅有效地改善了教学质量和效率,并在关注学生全面发展和改善学生喜欢体育、但厌烦体育课的问题上起到了很大的积极作用。2008年秋,河南省对普通高中体育课程开始进行改革。开封高中体育课选项教学的开展,有效的改善了教学质量和效率,促进了学生的全面发展,教学效果和社会效应已成为高中体育课程改革的有力实证。2011年5月,河南省教育厅决定将开封高中的体育课选项教学模式在全省范围内广泛推广。开封高中成立于1902年,这所百年老校曾经是全国三大试办大规模中学和全国八大优秀中学之一,现为河南省首批“示范性高中”。1983年开封高中体育课教学改革在高一年级内开始试行,随后在总结教学实践经验的基础之上,1984年在学校三个年级中全面展开,是全国最早施行体育课男女分班、分专项授课的选项教学模式的学校之一,坚持改革至今,已有31年的发展历程。通过长期的教学实践,积累了丰富的改革经验,取得了良好的教学效果和社会示范辐射作用。本研究采用文献法、调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对开封高中体育课选项教学的发展历程和开展现状进行调查,既是对开封高中体育教学改革取得成果的一个阶段性信息反馈,为进一步完善选项教学提出发展建议;也是对其他学校体育课选项教学的有效实施提供可借鉴性的经验,为良好广泛的开展体育课选项教学提供实证依据。研究结果发现:1、体育课选项教学得到了教师和学生的肯定和支持,选项教学明显增进了学生的健康,增强了学生体质,提高了学生的专业技能,发展了学生的个性特长;促进了学校课余体育活动的开展,得到了校领导的肯定,并取得了良好的教学效果和社会示范辐射作用。2、在课程考核与评价方面,从学生的多方面进行全面评价,注重学生的实践过程与应用能力的培养,促进了学生身心协调发展。3、开封高中的体育设施(现有场地、器材)较为完备,满足了学生和教师的需要,为体育课选项教学的顺利开展奠定了基础。4、开封高中体育课选项教学在体育师资方面,相对而言达到了一定的要求,但教师性别和专项比例还有待调整。5、由于高中三年都是以一个专项为主,造成学生的技能分化。6、在课程安排上,理论课与技术课分配不合理。发展建议:1、选项教学内容满足学生的兴趣,注重对校本资源的开发和利用。2、在每个专项班的课程设置中,适当增加其他的选修项目。3、调整师资结构,强化教师继续教育的培训工作,加强对复合型体育教师水平的建设。4、增加对体育场地器材的投入,落实国家关于中小学场地器材配置目录的要求,完善体育教学所必需的教学配置。5、体育课选项教学,要有学校领导对学校体育教学改革的重视,全力支持和完善学校体育改革工作,以满足学校体育教学和发展的需要。

In the future, the school will set up a class according to the sports items selected by the students.
