四川省首届新高考学生生涯规划现状调查研究——以成都市某中学初2015级为例

【摘要】：对成都市某中学298名初2015级学生的生涯规划总体状况以及生涯探索、生涯决定、生涯行动和评估调整四个维度的状况进行问卷调查,系统了解后发现:初2015级学生的总体生涯规划水平不高;男女生生涯规划总体差异不大;有学生干部经历的学生的生涯规划状况明显优于无干部经历的学生;实验班学生的生涯规划状况明显优于基地班的学生。
[Abstract]:A questionnaire survey was conducted on the overall status of career planning, career exploration, career decision, career action and evaluation and adjustment of the four dimensions of career planning of 298 junior 2015 students in a middle school in Chengdu. It is found that the overall career planning level of junior 2015 students is not high, the overall difference of male and female students' career planning is not high, the students with student cadres' experience is obviously superior to the students without cadres' experience in career planning. The experimental class students' career planning state is obviously superior to the base class students.
