初中教师吸引力影响因素研究

【摘要】:为人师表、教书育人,自古就是教师的天职。以自身影响他人,以思想洗涤心灵,作为人类真正意义的灵魂工程师,从事着太阳底下最光辉的职业,时刻坚守着那片神圣的阵地。面对全球性的人才培养需求,各国都在不遗余力地进行教育改革,改革的中心环节就是对于教师的改造,只有保证高素质的教师队伍,才能造就高层次、擅创造的新时代人才。初中的学习承接着小学的知识脉络,又要为更高阶段的发展奠定基础,重要性不言而喻,初中学生又是特殊的群体,他们处于生理和心理迅速发展的黄金时期,对一切都充满着好奇,急切的想要证明自己,但面对困难、诱惑缺乏相应的解决能力和心理建设,常常表现出焦躁、叛逆的消极情绪,因此,对于初中教师的要求相对更高,教师每天面对初中青少年,肩负“成人”和“成才”的双重责任,不仅要传播科学文化知识,同时要在心理上、信念树立上给与正确的引导,在此阶段,教师对于学生的吸引力显得尤为重要,只有教师成功的吸引学生,才能缩短师生间的空间距离,贴近心理,形成良好、和谐的师生关系,促成教学活动的顺利进行,完成教师的使命。本文论述了初中教师吸引力问题,重点阐述了初中教师吸引力的影响因素,通过文献资料法、问卷法、访谈法,在教育部、中国教科文卫体工会全国委员会发布的《中小学教师职业道德规范》基础上,构建了初中教师吸引力影响因素模型,模型由品性、学识、形象、技能和语言五个层次构成,对于每一个层次,都对教师提出了具体的要求,品性方面要求教师做到:关爱学生、亲近学生、尊重学生、善解人意、责任心强、公正民主、诲人不倦、真诚自然;学识方面要求教师做到:知识渊博、专业精深;形象方面要求教师做到:相貌端庄、和蔼可亲、衣着整洁;技能方面要求教师做到:乐于创新、方法多样;语言方面要求教师做到:幽默风趣、肢体语言丰富。初中教师吸引力影响因素模型形象客观的描述了具有吸引力的初中教师应该具备的能力特质,为教师今后的发展和培养起到了一定的导向作用。笔者以模型为蓝本,具体分析了影响因素特质,结合科学的作用机理,真实再现部分初中课堂教学情境,发现初中教师的优秀特质极大的促进了吸引力的形成,这种神秘而强大的力量一方面引发学生愉悦的课堂学习心理、对教师产生强烈的趋向感,使知识的传播更加容易、迅速;另一方面对于学生良好的心理建设,引导他们正确认识生活中的真、善、美,树立崇高的理想,具有极大的推动作用。

Facing the global talent training demand, every country is sparing no effort to carry on the education reform, the central link of the reform is the transformation of the teachers. Only by ensuring the high quality of the teachers, can we bring up the high-level and creative talents in the new era. The study of junior high school takes on the knowledge of primary school and lays the foundation for the development of higher stage. The importance of junior middle school students is self-evident. They are also a special group. They are in the golden period of rapid physical and psychological development. All are full of curiosity, eager to prove themselves, but in the face of difficulties, temptation to lack the corresponding ability and psychological construction, often showing anxiety, rebellious negative mood, therefore, the requirements for junior high school teachers are relatively high, Teachers face junior high school teenagers every day, shouldering the dual responsibility of "adult" and "becoming talented", not only to spread scientific and cultural knowledge, but also to give correct guidance in psychological and belief building. At this stage, The attraction of teachers to students is particularly important. Only when teachers succeed in attracting students can they shorten the space distance between teachers and students, close to their psychology, form a good and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and promote the smooth progress of teaching activities. Fulfill the teacher's mission. This paper discusses the problem of teachers' attractiveness in junior high school, and focuses on the influencing factors of teachers' attractiveness in junior high school. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, and in the Ministry of Education, On the basis of the "Professional Ethics Standard of Primary and Middle School Teachers" issued by the National Committee of China Education, Science, Culture and Sports Union, a model of influencing factors of junior middle school teachers' attractiveness is constructed. The model consists of five levels: character, learning, image, skill and language. For each level, have put forward the concrete request to the teacher, the character aspect request the teacher to do: care for the student, close to the student, respect the student, understanding, the responsibility is strong, just and democratic, teach the person ceaselessly, sincere and natural; In the aspect of learning, teachers are required to be knowledgeable, professional and profound; the image requires teachers to be: good-looking, affable, well-dressed, skillful: willing to innovate and diverse in methods; Language requires teachers to do: humorous, body language rich. The model of influencing factors of junior middle school teachers' attractiveness objectively describes the ability characteristics of attractive junior middle school teachers and plays a guiding role in teachers' future development and cultivation. Based on the model, the author analyzes the characteristics of the influencing factors, combines the scientific mechanism, reproduces the classroom teaching situation of some junior middle schools, and finds that the excellent characteristics of the junior middle school teachers greatly promote the formation of attraction. This mysterious and powerful force, on the one hand, causes students' pleasant classroom learning psychology, produces a strong sense of tendency towards teachers, and makes the dissemination of knowledge easier and faster; on the other hand, it has a good psychological construction for students. Guiding them to correctly understand the truth, goodness, beauty and set up lofty ideals plays a great role in promoting life.
