城镇初中数学学困生的成因分析与对策研究

【摘要】:初中学生正处于叛逆时期,初中学生中的学困生出现的问题更让老师和家长头疼不已。学困生是指感官和智力正常,但学习成绩低于智力潜能的期望水平,远未达到教学目标要求的学生。虽然这些学生的感官和智力都很正常,但由于受家庭、学校、社会及自身等因素的影响而逐渐演变成学困生,因而导致他们的身心没有得到良好的发展。“学困生”作为一个特殊群体,不论是从人文的角度还是从教育的角度,都应该得到我们更多的关注和关怀。目前国内外对城镇初中学困生出现的各种问题和解决措施研究的并不多,出于此,本论文主要针对城镇初中学困生的类型、产生原因进行分析,从而找到解决城镇初中学困生问题的措施。正文首先对学困生的概念进行了选定,之后再谈到了国内外研究城镇初中学困生形成原因进行了归纳和文献综述。随后通过利用本人实际教学工作中的学困生案例和统计调查的方式,剖析了城镇初中学困生的几种类型和形成原因。本文从多个角度分析了当今社会城镇初中学困生的形成原因,最终得出结论学困生是家庭、学校、社会等多种因素综合作用的结果。最后文章对城镇初中学困生的预防和转化提出了相应的对策:即营造良好的社会风气,在社会中形成尊师重教的良好氛围,提高家长培育子女的意识和能力,老师不断进步,改进自己的教育教学方法,最终实现让学困生的数量变得越来越少的目的。家校共同努力,营造良好的社会风气,撑起共同转化城镇初中学困生的一片蓝天。
[Abstract]:Junior high school students are in rebellious period, the problems of students with learning difficulties make teachers and parents headache. Students with learning difficulties refer to students who have normal senses and intelligence, but whose academic achievement is lower than the expected level of intellectual potential and is far from meeting the requirements of teaching goals. Although the senses and intelligence of these students are very normal, due to the influence of family, school, society and themselves and other factors, they gradually evolve into students with learning difficulties, which leads to their physical and mental development has not been good. As a special group, students with learning difficulties should be paid more attention and care from the angle of humanities and education. At present, there are not many researches on the problems and solutions of the urban junior middle school students with learning difficulties at home and abroad. Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on the types of urban junior middle school students with learning difficulties, and analyzes the causes. In order to find a solution to the problem of urban junior high school students with learning difficulties. The text first selects the concept of students with learning difficulties, and then discusses the domestic and foreign research on the causes of the formation of junior middle school students with learning difficulties and literature review. Then, by using the case of students with learning difficulties in their actual teaching work and the way of statistical investigation, this paper analyzes several types of students with learning difficulties in urban junior middle schools and the reasons for their formation. This paper analyzes the causes of the formation of junior middle school students with learning difficulties in cities and towns from many angles, and finally draws a conclusion that the students with learning difficulties are the result of the comprehensive action of many factors, such as family, school, society and so on. Finally, the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the prevention and transformation of urban junior middle school students with learning difficulties: to create a good social atmosphere, to form a good atmosphere of respecting teachers and attaching importance to education, to improve the awareness and ability of parents to cultivate their children, and to improve teachers' progress. Improve their own teaching methods, and ultimately achieve the goal of making the number of students with learning difficulties become less and less. Home and school work together to create a good social atmosphere, support the transformation of urban junior high school students with learning difficulties a blue sky.
