初中思想品德课隐性逃课现象研究

【摘要】:立德树人是教育的根本任务,是发展中国特色社会主义教育事业的核心所在,是培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的本质要求。可现实生活中重智轻德、重分数轻育人的现象较为严重。教师、学校对思想品德课的不重视,家长对思想品德教育的忽视,都使得初中生思想品德课隐性逃课现象日益滋生蔓延。长此以往,德育作为教育最基础的工作则会越来越被各方忽视,最终沦为形式。我们有义务也必须尽最大的努力去改变这一现状,实现学生的健康成长与全面发展。本文在对初中生思想品德课隐性逃课现象的概念进行界定的基础上,具体分析了隐性逃课的行为表现,并归纳总结出抽离性、暂时性、可控性的三个特征;通过实地调查与理论分析,分别从初中生自身学习动力不足、家庭教育与培养方式的缺陷、教师的课堂教学存在误区、以及学校教学管理工作的弊端方面探究初中生思想品德课隐性逃课现象产生的原因;最后利用心理学与教育学的相关研究理论,从学生、家庭、教师与学校四个角度,提出了确立学生正确的学习理念、充分发挥家庭环境的作用、提升教师的教学效能感、完善学校思想品德课的教学体系四个方面的应对策略,以期为构建高效的中学政治课堂提供好借鉴。
[Abstract]:It is the fundamental task of education, the core of the development of socialist education with Chinese characteristics, and the essential requirement of cultivating socialist builders and successors who develop morality, intelligence, body and beauty in an all-round way. But in real life, the phenomenon of attaching importance to intelligence and morality and emphasizing scores to educating people is more serious. Teachers, schools do not attach importance to moral education, parents ignore ideological and moral education, which makes the phenomenon of recessive skipping of moral lesson of junior high school students increasingly breed and spread. In the long run, moral education, as the most basic work of education, will be ignored by more and more parties and eventually reduced to form. We have the obligation and must do our best to change this situation and achieve the healthy growth and overall development of students. On the basis of defining the concept of recessive truancy in the ideological and moral course of junior high school students, this paper concretely analyzes the behavior of recessive truancy, and sums up three characteristics of withdrawal, temporality and controllability. Through the field investigation and theoretical analysis, respectively, from the junior high school students' own lack of learning motivation, family education and training way defects, teachers' classroom teaching errors, And the drawbacks of school teaching management to explore the causes of the recessive skipping phenomenon in ideological and moral classes of junior high school students; finally, using the relevant research theory of psychology and pedagogy, from the four angles of students, families, teachers and schools, This paper puts forward four countermeasures to establish students' correct learning concept, to give full play to the role of family environment, to promote teachers' sense of teaching efficacy, and to perfect the teaching system of ideological and moral lessons in schools. In order to provide a good reference for the construction of efficient middle school political classroom.
