基于教师专业发展的高观点数学知识研究

【摘要】:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》等文件对正在经历基础教育改革的教师提出了更高的要求,教师专业发展也随之成为备受关注的话题.而数学教师的专业知识又是其专业发展的基础与核心,因此,从现代数学发展的高度审视中小学数学课程,注重数学品质,研究教学内容的知识,成为当务之急.本学位论文采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、座谈访谈法等方法,基于教师专业发展角度来研究教师的高观点数学知识.系统论述了高观点数学知识在数学概念、数学命题以及数数学解题上的渗透,通过具体材料或实例展示高观点数学知识对中小学数学的指导.并对一线中小学教师的高观点数学知识现状及其态度进行分析、研究,得出了数学教师普遍存在高观点数学知识储备不足的结论,针对所存在的问题提出了阅读学习、追问反思、同行交流等有效策略.
[Abstract]:The National Medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Program outline 2010-2020 has put forward higher requirements for teachers who are undergoing basic education reform, and teachers' professional development has become a topic of great concern. The professional knowledge of mathematics teachers is the foundation and core of their professional development. Therefore, it is urgent to examine the mathematics curriculum of primary and secondary schools from the height of modern mathematics development, pay attention to the quality of mathematics and study the knowledge of teaching content. This thesis adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, interview and so on, to study teachers' high viewpoint mathematics knowledge based on teachers' professional development. This paper systematically discusses the penetration of high viewpoint mathematical knowledge in mathematical concepts, mathematical propositions and mathematical solving problems, and shows the guidance of high viewpoint mathematical knowledge to primary and middle school mathematics through concrete materials or examples. By analyzing the present situation and attitude of teachers' high viewpoint mathematics knowledge in primary and middle schools, the author draws the conclusion that mathematics teachers generally have insufficient high viewpoint mathematics knowledge, and puts forward reading learning in view of the existing problems. Ask for reflection, peer communication and other effective strategies.
