【摘要】：正在教育改革中,语文学科似乎总是被当成靶子,人人皆可批评,似乎全民皆懂语文教育;语文教师的素养问题也是批评的对象,似乎人人都比语文教师更有素质。语文教师有委屈,但往往选择缄默,因为就语文教师群体而言,语文素养的确不尽如人意,在听说读写等方面有"硬伤"。比如,教学语言水平较低,口语表达缺乏吸引力,沟通效果不理想;阅读能力一般,文本解读常常不到位,难以达到多重对话的共鸣;写作能力不能令人满意,因为常
