逆向社会化视野下的师生互动的研究

【摘要】:区别于任何时代的青少年,出生于上世纪90年代末本世纪初的学生们,从呱呱落地就处于一个前所未有的信息化爆炸的时代。随着生理机能、自然机能的成熟和社会角色的转变,他们沐浴在大数据背景中逐渐进行着社会化的过程。而这一过程并不是单向的,青少年社会化的过程中,他们的行为与观点也逐渐影响着他们的长辈,这一过程被称之为逆向社会化。刚刚步入成人初显期的初中生,不仅拥有弱势与幼稚的一面,也拥有活力与前瞻性的一面,他们的观念与行为需要学界和社会的共同关注。作为一名初中教师,立足于上述背景下探讨初中生这一特殊群体的逆社会化现状及其相关影响因素,既有利于完善改善城市初中生在逆社会化过程中出现的种种问题,也能在一定程度上丰富城市初中生的研究,最为关键的是为逆向社会化视野下教师应该如何调适师生互动的种种关系提供基础。本文基于在贵州省GY市NM区的三个公立初中进行的问卷调查和实地访谈资料,从以下方面开展研究:首先,分析传统师生互动下的教师期望,然后引入逆向社会化带来学生在知识技能和情感价值观方面的具体变革,指出教师在这种变革压力下所做出的期望改变。其次,在期望分析的基础上,将分析逆向社会化所带来的消极影响,对传统师生互动中教师权威的巨大冲击,分析其中变革的缘由以及教师应当如何调整策略,重建自己在师生互动的权威。再次,分析逆向社会化对师生关系所带来的积极影响,探讨教师应当如何利用其中的优势促进师生互动中的良好合作。最后,在以上研究的基础上得出结论:教师一是应当改变自己对学生的单一评价体系,改变自己的期望,二是应当拥有重建自身权威的心理准备以及具体策略,三是应当学会从支配管理转变为合作管理。进而提出与此相对应的建议对策:要促进教师意识的自我革新,从传统教学观念中走出,力争在逆向社会化的师生互动中有所进步;要重视师生互动的行为策略,教师学会平衡师生间各种关系,注意把握尺度,在实践过程中发展自己的具体策略;要营造教育变革的良好氛围。把逆向社会化带来的冲突看作是变革社会、发展社会的机遇,尽量营造一种平和民主的环境,帮助初中学生顺利地进行社会化。
[Abstract]:Different from the teenagers of any time, the students born in the late 1990s and the beginning of this century have been in an unprecedented era of information explosion since they were born. With the maturation of physiological function, natural function and social role, they are gradually socialized in the background of big data. But this process is not unidirectional, in the process of socialization, their behavior and view gradually affect their elders, this process is called reverse socialization. The junior high school students who have just stepped into the early stage of adulthood not only have the weak and childish side but also have the vigor and foresight. Their ideas and behaviors need the common attention of the academic circles and the society. As a junior middle school teacher, based on the above background, this paper probes into the current situation of junior high school students' anti-socialization and its related influencing factors, which is beneficial to improve the problems that appear in the process of urban junior high school students' inverse socialization. It can also enrich the research of urban junior high school students to a certain extent, the most important thing is to provide the foundation for teachers how to adjust the relationship between teachers and students in the perspective of reverse socialization. Based on the questionnaire survey and field interview data of three public junior high schools in NM District of GY City of Guizhou Province, this paper carries out the research from the following aspects: firstly, it analyzes the teachers' expectations under the traditional teacher-student interaction. Then the reverse socialization is introduced to bring about the concrete changes of students' knowledge skills and emotional values and the expectation changes made by teachers under the pressure of this kind of change are pointed out. Secondly, on the basis of expectation analysis, this paper analyzes the negative impact of reverse socialization on the teachers' authority in the traditional teacher-student interaction, and analyzes the reasons for the change and how teachers should adjust their strategies. Rebuild your authority in teacher-student interaction. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the positive influence of reverse socialization on teacher-student relationship and discusses how teachers should make use of its advantages to promote good cooperation in teacher-student interaction. Finally, on the basis of the above research, it is concluded that: first, teachers should change their single evaluation system of students, change their own expectations, second, they should have psychological preparation and specific strategies to rebuild their authority. Third, we should learn to change from dominant management to cooperative management. And then put forward the corresponding countermeasures: to promote the self-innovation of teachers' consciousness, to get out of the traditional teaching concept, to strive to make progress in the reverse socialized teacher-student interaction, to attach importance to the behavior strategy of teacher-student interaction, Teachers learn to balance the relationship between teachers and students, pay attention to grasp the scale, develop their own specific strategies in the process of practice, and create a good atmosphere for educational change. The conflict brought about by reverse socialization is regarded as an opportunity to change the society, develop the society, create a peaceful and democratic environment as far as possible, and help the junior middle school students to socialize smoothly.
