关系中人:对一位中学班主任C老师的个案研究

【摘要】:班主任不仅是文化知识的传递者,还是一个班级的组织者、领导者和教育者,是学生身心健康发展的塑造者,是学生家长的沟通者,是各科教学和任课教师的协调者,是学校领导各种教育决策的执行者。由于班主任特殊的地位和作用,一直以来都是人们关注的焦点和研究的重点。然而,以班主任“关系”为主题的研究却鲜有人涉及。因此,笔者确定以“关系中人”为主题,通过个案研究的方法,以南京市一位长期活跃在教育实践一线的初中班主任C老师为个案,对其日常工作进行了长期、全面、深入的研究,以探究班主任是如何成为“关系中人”和处理各种关系的,以及在处理这些关系时遇到了哪些问题。全文共分为四个部分:第一部分导论,重点阐述了课题的研究理由、意义、研究现状,介绍了课题研究方法与过程。第一章介绍了个案班主任C老师的教育背景、教育理念、工作方式,展示了他人对C老师的看法,分析了“关系中人”是如何形成的。第二章详细介绍了C老师日常工作中处理学生、学生家长、任课教师、学校领导及其他相关人员的关系时运用的关系学智慧。第三章首先介绍了班主任遇到的问题,即:师生关系处理不当给班主任工作带来困难;学生和学生家长对班主任的要求不一致,使班主任工作陷入两难;年轻班主任成为关系问题爆发的“重灾区”;班主任任务繁重,工作积极性不高;媒体不实或夸张的报道使班主任工作陷入困境;班主任与任课教师的矛盾,使班主任工作更加困难。其次,分析了这些问题产生的原因,最后就班主任遇到的问题提出了相应的解决对策。
[Abstract]:The head teacher is not only the transfer of cultural knowledge, but also the organizer, leader and educator of a class, the molder of students' physical and mental health development, the communicator of students' parents, and the coordinator of all subjects teaching and teachers. Is the school leader each kind of education decision executor. Due to the special status and role of the head teacher, it has always been the focus of attention and research. However, there are few researches on the subject of class teacher's relationship. Therefore, the author decided to take "the person in the relationship" as the theme, through the method of case study, took the teacher C, a junior middle school teacher active in the front line of education practice for a long time in Nanjing as the case, carried on the long-term, comprehensive to its daily work. In order to explore how the teacher in charge of class becomes "person in the relationship" and deals with all kinds of relationships, and what problems are encountered in dealing with these relationships. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is an introduction, focusing on the research reasons, significance, research status, and introduces the research methods and processes. The first chapter introduces the educational background, educational idea and working style of the teacher in charge of class C, shows the views of others on teacher C, and analyzes how the "person in the relationship" is formed. The second chapter introduces the relationship wisdom used by teacher C in dealing with the relationships among students, parents, teachers, school leaders and other related personnel. The third chapter first introduces the problems encountered by the head teacher, that is, the improper handling of the teacher-student relationship brings difficulties to the teacher in charge of the class, and the students and their parents do not agree on the requirements of the teacher in charge of the class, which makes the teacher in charge of the class work in a dilemma. The young head teacher has become the "disaster area" where the relationship problem broke out; the class teacher has a heavy task and low enthusiasm for work; false or exaggerated reports in the media make the head teacher work in a difficult position; the contradiction between the head teacher and the teacher in charge of the class, Make it more difficult for the head teacher to work. Secondly, this paper analyzes the causes of these problems, and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems encountered by the head teacher.
