昌乐二中“271”语文教学模式探究与实践

【摘要】:怎样提高语文教学的效率一直是初中语文追求的目标。随着新一轮的课程改革推进,“高效课堂”这种新的教学理念此基础上应运而生,并立刻得到教育界的认可和普遍关注。昌乐二中在这种形势下逐渐摸索出一种新的语文“271”高效课堂教学模式。这种模式能扎实的推进新课程改革,全面深化素质教育,快速有效的改善了语文课堂教学。在“271”高效课堂教学模式中教师从“师长”变“学长”,变“教”为“导”,学生成为学习的主人,变被动接受为主动探求。在课堂中体现出探究意识,培养了学生的语文素养,使教学的创造性与学生的个性培养更好的结合。本文通过教学实践,研究和探讨了“271”模式在初中语文课堂教学中的组织和实施,从教师的准备、小组的合作探究、当堂检测等几个方面做了阐释。本文主要采用了文献分析法、调查法、实践法等进行研究。通过网络搜索、文献查阅、问卷调查等方式收集大量资料,并运用所学的教育教学研究方法对资料进行深入分析与研究,以严谨的态度,务必讲求资料分析的科学性、真实性和准确性。本论文从四部分进行了论述。第一部分,阐述了新课改后初中语文教学现状。第二部分,对昌乐二中“271”模式进行概说和剖析。第三部分,根据初中语文高效课堂的教学实践研究,详细描述了构建“271”高效课堂教学模式的策略。第四部分,结合研究情况,对教学实践中存在的并且一时难以解决的实际问题进行反思。
[Abstract]:How to improve the efficiency of Chinese teaching has always been the goal of junior high school Chinese. With a new round of curriculum reform, "efficient classroom", a new teaching concept, emerged as the times require, and was immediately recognized and universally concerned by the educational community. Under this situation, Changle No. 2 Middle School gradually found out a new effective classroom teaching mode of Chinese "271". This model can promote the new curriculum reform, deepen the quality education, and improve the Chinese classroom teaching quickly and effectively. In the "271" efficient classroom teaching mode, teachers change from "teachers" to "teachers" and "teaching" to "guidance", students become masters of learning and passive acceptance becomes active exploration. In the classroom, the consciousness of inquiry is embodied, the students' Chinese literacy is cultivated, and the creativity of teaching is better combined with the cultivation of students' personality. Through teaching practice, this paper studies and discusses the organization and implementation of "271" mode in junior middle school Chinese classroom teaching, and explains it from several aspects, such as teachers' preparation, group cooperation, in-class inspection and so on. This article mainly uses the literature analysis method, the investigation method, the practice method and so on carries on the research. Through network search, literature review, questionnaire survey and other ways to collect a large number of materials, and use the educational teaching research methods learned to conduct in-depth analysis and research materials, with a rigorous attitude, we must pay attention to the scientific nature of data analysis. Authenticity and accuracy. This paper is discussed in four parts. The first part expounds the current situation of junior middle school Chinese teaching after the new curriculum reform. In the second part, the author generalizes and analyzes the "271" model of Changle No. 2 Middle School. The third part, according to the teaching practice research of high efficiency Chinese classroom in junior high school, describes the strategy of constructing "271" efficient classroom teaching mode in detail. The fourth part, combined with the research situation, reflects on the practical problems existing in teaching practice and difficult to solve.
