高中优秀化学教师PCK中的“学生知识”个案研究

【摘要】:教师的“学生知识”是教师学科教学知识(PCK)的重要组成部分。学科教师不仅应具备学科知识,也必须具备一定的“学生知识”。本研究以建构主义理论、有意义学习理论、累积学习理论为指导,通过分析中学生思维发展水平、学生的认知风格、学生的知识、学生的学习兴趣以及动机等各方面,梳理出PCK中“学生知识”在认知层面上的内涵。在此基础上,通过课堂教学视频分析、访谈、问卷调查等方式对三位高中优秀化学教师的“学生知识”进行了较深入的研究。教师PCK中的“学生知识”在认知层面上包括教师在教学中要了解学生已有知识基础,学生容易出错或产生困难的地方,以及促进学生理解的知识等方面。研究表明,优秀中学化学教师不仅重视学生的认知构建,而且注重将认知层面上的“学生知识”与学生的学习兴趣、学习动机等因素相结合,而这些因素反过来也更好地促进了学生的认知理解。研究建议:教师可以通过关注学生家庭作业和测验情况、注重学生课堂表现和学生交流、关注教材和文献等途径获得“学生知识”。
[Abstract]:The teacher's "student knowledge" is an important part of the teacher's teaching knowledge. Subject teachers should not only possess subject knowledge, but also have certain "student knowledge". Guided by constructivist theory, meaningful learning theory and cumulative learning theory, this study analyzes the students' thinking development level, students' cognitive style, students' knowledge, students' interest in learning and motivation. Combing out the cognitive connotation of "student knowledge" in PCK. On this basis, through the classroom teaching video analysis, interviews, questionnaires and other ways to three senior high school teachers of chemistry "students' knowledge" has been more in-depth research. The "students' knowledge" in teacher's PCK includes the aspects of teachers' understanding of the students' existing knowledge base in teaching, the students' mistakes and difficulties, and the knowledge to promote the students' understanding. The research shows that the excellent middle school chemistry teachers not only attach importance to the students' cognitive construction, but also pay attention to combining the students' learning interest and motivation with the cognitive level of "students' knowledge". These factors, in turn, contribute better to students' cognitive understanding. The research suggests that teachers can acquire "student knowledge" by paying attention to students' homework and tests, students' classroom performance and students' communication, and paying attention to teaching materials and literature.
