“国培计划”对江西省中学体育教师继续教育的启示研究

【摘要】:为了更好的了解江西省中学紧缺薄弱学科教师培训等示范性项目的实施效果,督促江西省“国培计划”培养计划长期有效地持续下去,紧密围绕素质教育和实施新的课程改革,从中学体育教师在实际教学工作出发,了解培训过程中的实际问题,满足教师提出的教学需求,旨在促进中学体育教师专业技术能力的发展和教育教学水平的提高,推动江西省中学体育事业的发展。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑归纳等方法对江西省中学体育教师通过“国培计划”项目的继续教育现状进行了实际调查,研究表明:体育教师对继续教育的认识不足;体育教师男女比例的严重失调造成女性体育教师的严重缺乏,不利于学科的良性发展;一些体育教师非体育专业出身,专业技能不扎实,同时缺乏新生的体育教师力量;领导不鼓励教师脱产或半脱产进修,认为这样会影响正常教学秩序,甚至人才的流失;体育教师的内在需求和技能提升不是真正的内驱动力,而是职称与晋升成了关注的头条噱头;工学矛盾和时间精力不足是影响教师参与继续教育的最大客观障碍;授课教师在教学内容和水平、方法上受到培训老师的质疑。这些问题严重制约着江西省中学体育教师继续教育工作的进展。由此,本文结合实际情况提出以下发展对策:逐渐缩小体育教师的性别差距,让男女体育教师的比例尽量至少保持在3:7或4:6的比率,在年龄结构上也适当重视中青年、有志者的的体育教师培训工作;工学矛盾应当将行政干预加入到教师继续教育培训过程当中,除了基本工资以外还给予一些生活和学习、亲人差旅补助等费用,可以让教师不脱产放心地学习;采用强行的规定和软性的激励,奖励优秀的教师进行培训,待遇优厚,取消教师的终身制度,五年一次考核,实行教师聘用制;加强授课教师的业务水平,保证教师继续教学的教学质量,切实做好我省中学体育教师继续教育的工作,让“国培计划”中的培训项目在教师培训形式中做的更加坚定和有特色。
[Abstract]:In order to better understand the effect of demonstration projects such as the shortage of weak subject teachers training in middle schools in Jiangxi Province, we urge Jiangxi Province's "National training Program" to continue effectively for a long time, and closely focus on quality education and the implementation of new curriculum reforms. Starting from the practical teaching work of middle school physical education teachers, we should understand the practical problems in the course of training and meet the teaching demands put forward by the teachers, in order to promote the development of the professional and technical ability of the middle school PE teachers and the improvement of the level of education and teaching. Promote the development of middle school sports in Jiangxi Province. In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logic induction are used to investigate the current situation of the continuing education of middle school PE teachers in Jiangxi province through the "national plan". The study shows that PE teachers have insufficient understanding of continuing education, that the serious imbalance between male and female PE teachers leads to a serious shortage of female PE teachers, which is not conducive to the healthy development of disciplines, and that some PE teachers come from non-physical education majors. The professional skills are not solid, and the new PE teachers are lack of strength, and the leaders do not encourage teachers to go out of work or semi-free to pursue further education, which will affect the normal teaching order and even the brain drain. Physical education teachers' internal needs and skills upgrading are not the real internal driving force, but the title and promotion has become the headline gimmicks, the contradiction of work and study and insufficient time and energy are the biggest objective obstacles that affect teachers' participation in continuing education. Teachers in the teaching content and level, methods by the training teachers questioned. These problems seriously restrict the progress of the continuing education of middle school PE teachers in Jiangxi Province. Therefore, according to the actual situation, this paper puts forward the following development countermeasures: gradually narrowing the gender gap of PE teachers, keeping the ratio of male and female PE teachers at least 3:7 or 4:6 as far as possible, and paying due attention to the young and middle-aged in the age structure, The training work of sports teachers for those with aspirations; the contradiction between work and learning should include administrative intervention in the process of teachers' continuing education and training. In addition to the basic salary, they should also give some expenses such as living and study, subsidies for relatives' travel, and so on. We can make teachers study with confidence, reward excellent teachers for training, pay well, abolish the lifelong system of teachers, check every five years, and carry out the teacher employment system by using mandatory regulations and soft incentives. Strengthen the professional level of teaching teachers, ensure the teaching quality of teachers' continuing teaching, and do a good job in the continuing education of middle school PE teachers in our province. Make the training programs in the National training Program more firm and distinctive in the form of teacher training.
