应试教育体制下中学生身体素质问题研究

【摘要】:中学生是国家的未来,他们的健康成长与国家的发展息息相关,而中学生的健康成长离不开健康的身体素质。俗话说:少年强则国强。作为祖国未来的栋梁之才,他们的身体健康水平与国家的强弱、民族的兴衰紧密相连。因此对中学生的身体素质状况进行分析研究,找出影响身体素质状况的主要因素,并提出相应的措施,不仅可以提高中学生的整体素质,同时对社会经济建设和中华民族的伟大复兴也具有十分重要的意义。本研究以马克思主义“人的全面发展”理论为理论视角,以我国12至18岁的中学生为研究对象,同时选取7至12岁的小学组作为参照对象。主要利用由教育部、国家体育总局、卫生部、科学技术部、财政部、国家民族事务委员会六部委共同组织的关于“全国学生体质与健康调研”报告的历年数据(1985年至2010年),综合运用文献研究法、比较研究法、实地考察法、个案访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,详细分析应试教育体制对我国中学生身体素质产生的影响,在此基础上,进一步提出提高中学生身体素质的对策。通过分析数据,本研究最后得出两个结论:第一个结论是物质资源向文化课倾斜对中学生身体素质有显著影响,其中人均体育场馆面积对中学生身体素质的影响最大。应试教育体制通过调配物质资源这一中间变量,进而对中学生身体素质产生了严重的影响。第二个结论是时间资源向文化课倾斜对中学生身体素质有显著影响,体育锻炼时间对中学生身体素质的影响最大。应试教育体制同样是通过影响时间资源这一中间变量,进而对中学生身体素质产生严重的影响。本研究通过对应试教育体制下中学生的身体素质问题进行多方位的研究分析,提出三点对策和建议:一是深化高考体制改革;二是加大教育主管部门的监管力度;三是转变学校观念,培养全面发展的社会主义接班人。以促进我国中学生的全面发展和素质教育的顺利实施,增强中学生的身体素质,为实现中华民族伟大复兴添砖加瓦。
[Abstract]:Middle school students are the future of our country. Their healthy growth is closely related to the development of our country. As the saying goes: a strong juvenile is strong. As the future pillars of the motherland, their health level is closely linked with the strength of the country and the rise and fall of the nation. Therefore, by analyzing and studying the condition of middle school students' physical fitness, we can find out the main factors that affect it, and put forward some corresponding measures, which can not only improve the overall quality of middle school students, but also improve the overall quality of middle school students. At the same time, social and economic construction and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation are also of great significance. This study takes the Marxist theory of "the all-round development of human beings" as the theoretical perspective, takes the middle school students aged 12 to 18 years as the research object, and selects the primary school group between the ages of 7 and 12 years as the reference object at the same time. The Ministry of Education, the State General Administration of Sports, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, Annual data on the report on "National Student physique and Health Survey" jointly organized by six ministries and commissions of the State Commission for ethnic Affairs (1985-2010), comprehensive use of literature research, comparative research, field investigation, case interview, This paper analyzes in detail the influence of examination-oriented education system on the physical quality of middle school students in China, and puts forward further countermeasures to improve the physical quality of middle school students. Through the analysis of the data, two conclusions are drawn: the first conclusion is that the material resources tilted to the cultural class have a significant impact on the physical fitness of middle school students, among which, the area of sports venues per capita has the greatest impact on the physical fitness of middle school students. The examination-oriented education system exerts a serious influence on the physical quality of middle school students by allocating the intermediate variable of material resources. The second conclusion is that the tilting of time resources to culture course has a significant effect on the physical fitness of middle school students, and the time of physical exercise has the greatest influence on the physical fitness of middle school students. The examination-oriented education system also affects the physical quality of middle school students by influencing the intermediate variable of time and resources. Through the research and analysis of the physical quality of middle school students under the exam-oriented education system, three countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: one is to deepen the reform of the college entrance examination system, the other is to strengthen the supervision of the department in charge of education; Third, change the school idea, train the socialist successor that develops in an all-round way. In order to promote the overall development of Chinese middle school students and the smooth implementation of quality education, enhance the physical quality of middle school students, and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
