台湾综合高中课程设置及其启示

【摘要】:2010年,我国《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》明确提出要“探索综合高中发展模式”。事实上,我国大陆地区和台湾地区早在20世纪90年代就已创办综合高中,然而,大陆地区综合高中的改革步履艰难,台湾地区综合高中却已取得累累硕果。笔者以为,课程设置是综合高中取得成功的制胜点。因此,通过对台湾综合高中课程设置及其保障机制的深入分析与研究,力图得出台湾综合高中取得成功的秘诀,以期为大陆地区综合高中课程领域的改革建言献策。台湾综合高中的创办主要是由于社会多元化、经济的迅速发展、世界高中教育改革潮流的推动以及教育机会均等理念的影响,其发展历程大致分为萌芽期、试办期和成长期三个阶段。台湾综合高中课程设置的现状主要表现在部定课程与校订课程的比例明晰,一般科目与专精科目的侧重不同,学术学程与专门学程的科目丰富,课程分段开设四个方面。而通过课程现状分析,发现其课程设置呈现出的主要特点是以校订课程为主,部定课程为辅;强调“共同基础”与“适性分化”的融合;基于多元课程促进个性选择;关注课程试探中的专业分化。台湾综合高中之所以迅速发展,与其政策支持及保障机制密切相关,具体来看,是得益于颁布了系列政策;形成了弹性的选课机制、适性的辅导机制、灵活的学年学分制以及多元的评价机制。综上分析,我国大陆综合高中课程设置的基本启示是加强政府对课程的指导与监督,重在颁布综合高中课程纲要,成立综合高中课程管理机构;建构弹性的课程体系,具体措施是加强学校课程的开发;注重课程的综合、试探与定向;按照学程的方式设计课程;采用多样组合的课程选择模式;推进多样化的课程设置的保障机制,建议建立选课辅导机制、改进完善学分制、加强多元评价机制。
[Abstract]:In 2010, the outline of National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan clearly proposed to "explore the development model of comprehensive senior high school". As a matter of fact, comprehensive high schools were established in mainland China and Taiwan as early as 1990s. However, the reform of integrated high schools in mainland China has been difficult, but the comprehensive high schools in Taiwan have made great achievements. The author thinks that the curriculum is the winning point for the success of comprehensive high school. Therefore, through the in-depth analysis and research on the curriculum setup and its guarantee mechanism of Taiwan's comprehensive senior high school, the author tries to find out the secret of the success of Taiwan's comprehensive high school, in order to offer suggestions for the reform of the comprehensive senior high school curriculum field in mainland China. The establishment of comprehensive high school in Taiwan is mainly due to the social diversity, the rapid development of the economy, the promotion of the world high school education reform trend and the influence of the idea of equality of educational opportunities. The course of its development is roughly divided into a budding period. Trial period and growth period of three stages. The present situation of curriculum setup in Taiwan's comprehensive senior high school is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the proportion of ministry curriculum and revised curriculum is clear, the emphasis of general and specialized subjects is different, the academic and specialized courses are rich, and the courses are divided into four aspects. Through the analysis of the present situation of curriculum, it is found that the main features of the curriculum design are that the revision course is the main feature, the part curriculum is supplementary, the integration of "common foundation" and "adaptability differentiation" is emphasized, and the personality choice is promoted based on the multiple curriculum. Pay attention to the professional differentiation in the course test. The rapid development of Taiwan's comprehensive high schools is closely related to its policy support and safeguard mechanism. In particular, it has benefited from the promulgation of a series of policies; it has formed a flexible course selection mechanism and an appropriate counselling mechanism. Flexible academic year credit system and multiple evaluation mechanisms. Based on the above analysis, the basic enlightenment of the curriculum setup of integrated senior high school in mainland China is to strengthen the guidance and supervision of the curriculum by the government, to promulgate the syllabus of the comprehensive senior high school curriculum, to set up the comprehensive senior high school curriculum management institution, and to construct a flexible curriculum system. The specific measures are to strengthen the development of school curriculum; to pay attention to the synthesis, exploration and orientation of the curriculum; to design the curriculum according to the way of study course; to adopt the model of curriculum selection with various combinations; to promote the guarantee mechanism of diversified curriculum design; It is suggested that the mechanism of course selection and guidance should be established, the credit system should be improved and the multiple evaluation mechanism should be strengthened.
