从“成才”的教育到“成人”的教育

【摘要】:当前,"成才"教育优先于"成人"教育。然而,教育应当为学生一生的发展负责,成为真正"人"的教育。义务教育阶段是人生中道德品质和行为习惯养成的关键阶段,成"人"是教育的前提和基础,成"才"是更高的目标。教育要能让学生善良、正直、健康、独立、有爱心和责任,具有社会公认的最质朴的道德,从而为他们今后的发展和美好幸福的生活奠基。"人人成才"的教育实践策略包括:从基础入手,抓好基础教育;从他律转变为自律;让学生适应未来;修德养和,提升学生的社会责任感。
[Abstract]:At present, the "adult" education takes precedence over the adult education. However, education should be responsible for the development of students' life and become a true "human" education. The stage of compulsory education is the key stage of forming moral quality and behavior habit in life. Becoming "human" is the premise and foundation of education, and becoming "talent" is a higher goal. Education should enable students to be kind, honest, healthy, independent, loving and responsible, with the most modest morality recognized by society, thus laying the foundation for their future development and happy life. " The educational practice strategies include: starting from the foundation, grasping the basic education; changing from heteronomy to self-discipline; allowing students to adapt to the future; cultivating morality and promoting students' sense of social responsibility.
